I know someone that they had on video committing the crime. He walked because they wrote down the wrong social security number on the reports. It wasn't a sex crime or anything like that though.
Likely too full of himself to do it. Not entirely out of the realm of possibility, but suicide would imply Chris feels shame or guilt about anything he's done. If the fact he's not going to big boy daycare and he's not getting out of it finally sinks into his Swiss cheese holed, rotten brain, he might attempt suicide to try and run away from the consequences.
This. Regardless of what TV has told us, most criminals are not just evil but total morons. They say stupid things and incriminate themselves all the time because they can't keep their mouths shut. Chris might be weirder than the average criminal, but being a defense attorney involves dealing with such frustrating losers all the time.

Chris is not crazy. Chris is just fucking childish and completely sane but so selfish and incapable of admitting faults that he creates CRAZY excuse to get out of difficult situations.

People don't get arrested before the end of protective order because of some lie that got out of hand. They found something, otherwise if his word would be enough, he would be arrested right there that same day it got reported.
Not really, but there's not much in the way of concrete proof that we've seen. I'm sure it's there, simply by virtue of them pressing charges. A sperg with a habit of saying weird shit saying weird shit isn't enough to put someone in jail on charges, much less get a conviction.
If the grand jury brings sexual assault charges next week then they probably have physical evidence from an examination on Barb, which will rule out any possibility of this being a very dumb lie/fantasy,
Or they found physical evidence that Barb had sex/been assaulted. Then they asked her if it was consensual, and told her if it was she'd be charged with incest. If not, then she'd be fine. Of course she'd say it wasn't consensual. Either way, the fact they're keeping Chris locked up with pending charges is pretty good evidence that she snitched on Chris.
