Yep, that's the road I'm going down. If he (or his brief, assuming he didn't make a whole load of incriminating statements before rep got there and it's Chris, so...) without watertight, end-to-end audio and perhaps even with, there's an argument of "we were role-playing" or similar. That then, presumably, brings her character and motives into question. It doesn't have to be true, it just has to be plausible. I can't see Barb testifying against him, it may suit her to recede into gibbering old woman.

But if course we don't know the medical evidence. If it were a regular event or happened in the last few days, the spawn of Sonichu will still be battling in a futile race to get to nothing - well, assuming Barb consented to an examination. Other marks such as abrasions may be explained away but that can't be and there's often evidence left even with condom use, especially if they're not that clean and oh jesus I need the brain bleach again.

I 'm not advocating for his innocence, not at all. Just that, without physical evidence, it's really easy to find a plausible scenario, plenty of proof CWC can be led by the nose and we have an instinctive aversion to incest. im gonna place my pennies on "all of the above", it makes me wonder though is he aware of incest babies having problems ? becasue you would think with chris being chris and "a loving godess" hed want a child and try to get barb preggers? Overall, just based on everything you've seen, how strong of a case does the prosecution have against Chris?

I'd really need to know what evidence they have. So far, we just have inference. I.e. they arrested Chris, say they're going to add more charges, Barb apparently was not immediately released from the hospital, etc. So my assumption is they have physical evidence of some sort and maybe even a statement from Barb that support the charge.
