People need to remember that these law enforcement agencies, and criminal justice people have dealt with people raping babies and outright murdering other people on really shaky grounds. The focus is on this crime. If this was just like one of the many other ween attempts to get the state involved in Chris's life, it probably would have petered out by now. Instead, we saw LEO's respond pretty quickly, and Chris is still in jail. All Chris would have done is had to say "I have no idea what you're talking about", and Barb back that story up for him to probably only have to go downtown to talk, max. That's literally all the prosecution has to prove. We saw how Chris reacted to Rob Bell's defense that he was just a man child, but that kind of defense is not going to work that well in a case like this. In addition, Ruckersville now has a case with worldwide attention, so they're not going to just put him in a diversion program, they're going to make sure stuff sticks.

Look at Chris's Court Appearance last week. He's gonna be evaluated for category one. He clearly had no concept of the nature or magnitude of what is going on. We laugh at the moron demanding the Judge give him his toys before he's willing to proceed.

Chris understands what's going on perfectly. He just doesn't want to accept it and so he chooses to ignore it. That's how he handles things because he doesn't have the emotional skills to handle uncomfortable situations. But that isn't an impediment to him standing trial-he understands what he did is wrong, and he's perfectly capable of aiding in his defense. His problem is that he's guilty as fuck so there's really no defense for what he did... but if there was, he's certainly capable of being tard-wrangled by a lawyer to present that defense.

Thats ludicrous to even suggest to a judge. Tracking these trolls down would take more time that the courts would be willing to give, would be legally dubious at best (thats like tracking the bullies of a serial killer and have them testify) and it really wouldnt help neither side outside of stating the fucking obvious that Chris is a fucking idiot with idiotic parents...but a lot of stuff would show he was still mentally competent through all of it, Chris was just a slightly insane idiot back then, today is a legit insane idiot, the trolling ceased for the most part when Bob passed away (and thats where Chris REALLY went into the tranny rabit hole instead of just entertaining the idea).
