You're asking the same questions we all wants answers to. Truth is we really don't have any idea for sure. I wondered if Duolingo perhaps gave its language list in a random order and he chose whatever came first, for example, but it does not. I think the best bet is he's either trying to impress someone, or someone put him up to it. Either way, we don't have any evidence to actually suggest Flutter is Finnish. That's purely speculation that has been made mostly due to how neatly it answers these questions.

Pure speculation, but he could have been accosted for the livestreaming and asked to leave for the day, but then the con actually started looking into who this lardass was/got told who he was by con guests, etc. and decided to just tell him to not come back the following day. If that happened, Flutter would have been in no position to stop any of it.
