Containment Chris in the Media - Mentions of Chris in different medias

He most likely got it from Excel Saga, which had an episode that overused the -chan suffix (for all sorts of characters, regardless of age or sex) as a kind of self-aware parody of anime that went completely over Chris's head.

Quoth the CWCki:
Never saw that before. And now it's even more pathetic.
Enlightening.

Quoth the CWCki:
Just like the Britcoms his parents watch, it goes right over his head!

Ah, I just figured out what is so pathetic about it to me. I recall the Cwcki mentioning about Excel Saga, since it's so Japanese pun heavy, the DVDs include in subtitles (dub or sub) explanations of said jokes.
So the fact it no doubt explained why everyone calling each other "-chan" was a joke, again, whoosh, right over Chris' head. That, or he doesn't read anything.
I'd believe both.

Anything TV/video related is certainly a very passive experience for OPL.

Someone is obviously orchestrating all of this for Chris. No idea if it's a ween or a white knight, but this can go only one of two ways:

-- Chris becomes the spokesperson for all autistic trans people (god fucking help us all)

or

-- This becomes the greatest trolling saga since the Bluespike/Julie reveal. Unlike having a few thousand people lulzing at Chris getting tricked, it will be millions across the mainstream watching Chris getting trolled.

And how he thinks incest with your own Mother is okay since kids need to learn about sex somehow

Plus "those dumb laws" regarding pedophilia.

Its so cringy how they white knight for him, considering they go after SJW types all the time.

PS: Barb had breast cancer?
Yes, but the article makes it sound like it was the reason for their debt. Chris didn't even use that excuse, rather it was about dental work and NUTRITIOUS BANANAS.

It goes without saying, but the whole article is riddled with errors like "2005" instead of "2007," mentioning of "a humiliating sex act" when there were multiple, and acting sympathetic towards Chris and Barb, while calling Sonichu "poorly conceived" and Chris's existence of life with Transformers and Legos "miserable." Even the KF hit piece from New York Magazine a while back seemed more credible.

My memory sometimes fails me, but I seem to remember a tugboat-load of articles with SJW-types wanting to make incest the next cause-celeb and normalize it. I went to google, put in "incest normalized" just now and... hell. It's not good. It doesn't look good.
All Chris needs is one SJW to jump on the bandwagon saying he's a "pioneer" or "trailblazer" and things could get messy.

On another note, I'm personally conflicted about Chris being mentioned in media more and more. There is a cancerous mindset in a lot of scummy journalists that one way to make a name for themselves is to find a target and just literally destroy that person for political or other reasons. Since the despicable news media are well known for hiding information and framing news stories to advance an agenda, how low (Gawker / Kotaku) of a news service (New York Times) would they have to be to white wash Chris' past, make him victim-of-the-day for some championed cause, and try to track down well known trolls to make them the bad guys in their narrative? It's not impossible as there is no ethics in new delivery anymore. (Some would say there hasn't been for a very long time.)
Maybe I'm over reacting, but I have just seen way too much.
tl;dr - Just worried that some human puss filled infected wart of a journalist might try to search out people from Chris' past and reveal their identities and vilify them for cash, clicks and possible career making opportunities. Just when you think it's not possible, the worst of human nature can prove you wrong.

I haven't checked the article in awhile, so that was honest-to-the-Bear the first time I've ever seen her, and I thought it was Chris in a wig.

She's married to Liquid Chris? I'm livid.

Okay but seriously, he's getting so much attention because he's been active with streaming lately and is trying to sell trash at crazy amounts of money. Before KF got shut down, I barely saw Chris on the home page, but now it's all I ever see. So it's no surprise he's getting attention again. This is the start of something new, I can feel it.

I'm honestly surprised there have been no new videos from Chris today and I wonder whether the sudden media attention is part of the reason.
