When he was in high school, I'd say he was an extrovert. He liked to hang out with his gal-pals and probably would talk your ear off about pokymans or Sonic the Hedgehawg if you gave him a chance.

Now though, I'd say introvert. Yes he does want people to talk to him, a pretty young white girl age 18 to current age, non-smoker and that's any girl willing to talk to him and become his sweetheart from the Ground-up. But only them. He doesn't care about the JERK that might say hi to him, the mother of three who says hello or the Manajerk that tells him to leave. Those people can he doesn't care about. He wants only a few select people to acknowledge him and that's it. Beyond that he's happy sitting on his ass playing vidya.

Actually, come to think of it, one main symptom of not socially interacting enough is giving inanimate objects human characteristics. Part of me believes the reason he has been reaching out to man friends on Facebook is the fact that "having only gal pals may make him appear HOMOSEXUAL", a fact that has been repeated to him many times and even he has aknowledged at times.

Recent Christory should be set aside since he's so isolated and because that's Barb's choice not his. His "I'm lonely!" posts are completely normal for either an introvert or an extrovert in this circumstance.

Also it's important to mention that, at least using Myers-Briggs Type Indicators, introversion/extroversion is a scale.

With all that said I would say he's a moderate introvert. He loved drawing comics and making CDs most of the time and he's mostly eschewed multiplayer with his vidya but he also liked to occasionally socialize at the Game PLace or with Gal Pals.

Well, he's a fan of Pokemon, maybe he got the idea from when Ash dressed as a girl to try to get into the Celadon Gym.

Actually a ball cap and a pair of sunglasses is usually adequate to disguise your appearance. The cap's bill distorts the shape of how your face looks and covers much of your hair and the sunglasses cover much of your eyes.

But Chris' appearance as a long haired transvestite is now very ingrained in people's minds as "recent Chris" hence recent photos of people who have recognized him in public still showing up. Well that and his stench and odd behavior .

Hate to derail my own topic but the thing is, this actually worked until the first Tomgirl pictures were released. I recall someone on /cwc/ just before these pics were released talking about how they saw Chris and going on about how he was wearing women's clothing and had long hair and was carrying around a purse. Now I understand being skeptical about claiming to see Chris, but the general response was "That couldn't have been Chris, he would've worn his medallion and his striped shirts." Nobody would expect Chris to wear women's clothing or at least at the time. When the pictures were dropped, people went back to that thread and realize this guy might have actually seen Chris. So in a way, People seriously expected Chris to always look like he did in the comic with the medallion and striped shirts, him diverting from that screwed with people's minds.

Can you be an extrovert without actually liking people, or caring what they have to say?

What Chris wants is a Cwcville well-stocked with friendly NPCs who'll smile and say things like "Good morning, Chris" when they pass by. For example, the time he idealizes the most is high school, when he had 500ish reasonably cordial strangers to populate his mental scenery.

On the other hand, he won't even learn your name unless he's naming a flavor of asspat after you. I'd say he has more desire for personal interaction than some introverts, but he treats socialization as something to be consumed - a McWrap for the mind - rather than a way to connect with people. Call that whatever you like.

When he actually manages to accept something it usually makes a difference, if only for a while. When he was convinced the sign wasn't a good idea he stopped using it, when he was told to get in touch with his feminine side he went tomgirl, when it was pointed out how he infringed on copyrights he claimed Sonichu was a parody (a belief he held on to right to the end).

So I think it actually does matter from time to time.

Yeah but with Chris I think if something is being repeated to him over and over again...he's no more likely to change his behavior after hearing it the 17th time than he is the first.
