Buying 150 dollars worth of groceries a month and a half ago is not a “stockpile”

Edit: lol if you disagree it just means youre poor

The Chandlers don't cook, so $150 worth of cupboard/freezer food is very definitely an emergency stockpile for them and they will only eat it if there is absolutely no other choice. There's a good chance they haven't even touched it.

Chris has been skating along for way too long and avoiding consequences for his out of control spending. He needs to hit rock bottom and actually BE hungry before he'll ever improve. The sad thing is, I don't know for how long Chris would actually have to starve in order to start selling off his massive toy hoard. It isn't fair to the animals locked in with him either. But he has to experience true hunger and cold to get his priorities straight. No more being bailed out.

Sadly, I could honestly see Chris eating one of his cats before he would ever give up one of his toys/games for food money.

Plus that stuff would spoil in the mean time.

Weren't most of their meals just TV dinners or things like Ramen and boxed Mac n' Cheese?

What do you think the odds are that Chris bought 50 cent cans of corn and spam and not 7 dollar lunchables and cases of soda

Whoa, hold the phone guys!

You're telling me an internet persoanlity known for making hilariously inept lies isn't trustworthy and even less so when trying to drum up cash!?

Well goodness gracious

Chris lying isn't exactly news but if anyone that donated to him is surprised, they should learn that lying isn't a new concept to Chris.

The closest thing to cooking for the Chandlers is likely just microwaving food or in one instance, pretending that you are cooking spaghetti.

Chris is virtually a drug addict except not actually addicted to illegal drugs. Merely plastic crack.

Threadjack: Regarding the Nigerian reference in the OP, I read a while back about a Caucasian American journalist who was reporting from Nigeria, and one of those 419 scammers offered him $10,000US a month, cash, to appear on Skype with said scammer, because people who might be hesitant to "invest" are more likely to fall for it if there's a white native-English-speaker on the screen.

What the hell happened to the 'off topic' rating anyway?
