Why would he spray himself? To show himself that he means business?
I think he's saying, "I don't care who you are, I will spray any motherfucker who gets in my way. Even if, theoretically, a space-time wormhole allowed for me to meet myself at WalMart, and I gave myself a hard time, I would spray my own badass self in the motherfucking face.
Have a Good Day."

Depends on whether the lawyer can use Chris newly emerged transgenderism and the distress caused by the fire as a pertinent reason to re-evaluate Chris mental state. A clever lawyer will use the last year's events to paint Chris as a distressed young man struggling to cope against some fairly traumatic things.I might disagree here. The PD is qualified in the law, but he's not a psychologist. It's his job to get the best legal deal for his client, but the court won't expect him to judge his client's mental state beyond a basic level. Last time, all that meant was a cursory psych eval; I don't see the court re-examining his competency this time when they already satisfied themselves.
That would not go to codependency to stand trial, rather once, (I hate to even this) or if, the lawyer talks Chris into pleading guilty Autism and da stress become relevent to the sentence to court will give Chris.Depends on whether the lawyer can use Chris newly emerged transgenderism and the distress caused by the fire as a pertinent reason to re-evaluate Chris mental state. I'm pretty convinced that Chris is bound to be institutionalized. The real question is just for how long. Now that he's maced someone once and only spent a couple days in lockup, he actually thinks he did the right thing as evidenced by his gloating about the assault and threats to mace even more staff. Either he goes away now and gets some tough love treatment, or he'll repeat this behavior and they'll have no choice but to put him away.
Saddly with underfunding of mental health services in North America there are not the beds for some like Chris as has been said in the past, in could be Jail or the streetInstitutionalized or wind up in an adult care place where he's out of trouble (or as much trouble as he can get into).
But for real, what the fuck Chris? It's probably for the best he most likely has a PD who doesn't give a shit because any other lawyer would probably have one hell of a headache by now.
He's trying to use "Stand Your Ground" as a defense for committing willful trespass. Who knows what the fuck he's thinking? Not that we really have to understand his underlying thought process to know that this will not end well.
Too true. Also, to be honest, there are people out there who could really use what little help is available much more than Chris.Saddly with underfunding of mental health services in North America there are not the beds for some like Chris as has been said in the past, in could be Jail or the street
Yes. But even if Chris did during his video arraignment, I would honestly be surprised if Barb spoke to any counsel before bailing him out. Her need for someone to haul hoard probably trumps any other concern she might hypothetically have had.He quite possibly actually doesn't have a public defender yet.
Chris may well already have a PD assigned and be unaware of it. It's unlikely they'd have met in person yet for more than a few moments, never mind long enough for Chris to figure out just who that person in the suit talking to him was.The fact that he isn't already complaining about his lawyer also suggests he might not have one.
I'm absolutely not going to debate the merits of Stand Your Ground here. I'm just saying that if Chris thinks it or any other form of "self defense" somehow justifies assaulting people while trespassing, well I can only call that stupidity and insanity to the point of inexplicability. I would ask what the fuck he's thinking, but, well, he probably isn't.The main problem with SYG is not the legal principle, but the fact they call it that, which gives many laypeople a mental picture of acting like they're in a Charles Bronson movie.
