He probably is. His facebook friend's list is growing pretty steadily. It's currently at 40 friends, it was at 13 a week or so ago.

Seems like it. Although, maybe not consistently productive. He might've just done an evening's worth of work and sent out friend requests to a whole bunch of people who went to his high school and it's just that they're rolling in now.

Then he places a small "attraction sign" card on the desk he's sitting at and simply waits for the highschool girls (must be 18 though) to flock to him. Then of course he gets tackled by the entire school security and sent to prison and/or a mental institution.

But more realistically and likely, if he can slither out of the dictatorship of a horde ruled by Kim Un Barb, I can see him more likely loitering around the local sports games. He'll probably be ignored and Maybe bring an attraction sign eventually which would get him a couple of odd stares from people near him but that's about it. Then he'll get on facebook and whine about how there are no women flocking to him and how the county is ungrateful, as is the norm.

He was apparently surrounded by an adoring entourage of 'gal pals', made honor roll grades... blah.. blah... blah.... You'd think he'd find it at least a little bit odd that none of these wonderful 'gal pals' could be bothered to take the minimal trouble to look him up. I mean, what's their excuse? For one thing, pretty much everyone in the US has a PC or some sort of Internet-enabled device: and it's not like Chris is a difficult person to find (Google is your friend). His contact information is readily available (he dropped d0x on himself numerous times). If these friends held Chris in equally high regard, you'd think that they'd share similar, fond memories and would welcome the opportunity to reconnect with him.
