He's welcome to say what he pleases, but it's not necessarily a good idea. "Just got out of jail" is fine, but carrying on about GameStop/the Police/the judge can come back to bite him. If his lawyer has done even a cursory Google search on Chris, they will probably advise him to fucking zip it.

IMO the rules about not sharing information apply more to law enforcement employees and people in certain volatile court cases.
IGNORE ALL GOOGLE SEARCH RESULTS! THEY ARE ALL LIES AND PICTURES OF ALSO LIES!

Yeah, I mentioned this in another thread, I never expected him to go this batshit over something like the blarms. I mean, he's been pissed over shit before and everything has blown over sooner or later - hell, even his hatred for the homos has allegedly come to pass without much incident. But his hatred for the HexBox and now the Sonic Boom design are apparently too deep for him to get over - as one would figure, it's only the most ridiculously autistic things that make him flip out.

Even more disturbing was that he went all the way into the back of the store just to mess with the Blue Armed Monstrosity. Chris wasn't just reacting to SENSORY OVERLOAD because a display caught his eye. He's buttmad that there are Sonic Boom displays in existence, period. He literally went out of his way to vandalize someone else's property that likely could not even be seen from the halls outside the store.

Do you happen to know that despite getting out on bond if Chris will have to pay the full $5,000 bail over time? (Sorry for the bothersome questions; I honestly don't know the legal system all too well)

Bail is to guarantee you'll show up on your court date. After your trial you get your money back, guilty or innocent. A bailbondsman will take 10% and put the full amount up for you, after the trial he gets his money back but keeps your 10%. If you don't show up to your trial he will hire a bounty hunter to find you and bring you to court so he doesn't lose his money.

Oh oh, also, if he mentions being arrested he needs to be very careful because the wrong wording could be considered an admission of guilt. Not that it matters with video evidence already hanging over him, but if he's planning to fight the charges somehow the last thing he needs is to put his foot in it so spectacularly.

Oh boy, maybe he really is going to prison. All this over Sonic. All this over fucking Sonic's fucking blue arms. You can't make this up.

You're assuming that the overworked assistant district attorney and public defender, who deal with too many drunks, addicts and liars all day long, give enough of a fuck to do anything more than the bare minimum in this case. I won't call this a complete waste of the court's time since it is a minor felony charge, but everyone in that courtroom wants this done and over with. The people working this case on all sides don't have time to be reading the CWCki and coming up with a detailed character portrait for something ridiculous that was caught on tape.

If Chris is lurking here to see what we said about his idiocy...

I hope he still remembers his court date over this. He may be out, but he still has to suffer the consequences you know.

So he's really going to be a convicted felon this time. Won't be able to get out from under it unless they feel like dropping the charges.

Normally I wouldn't think a public defender would google somebody, but given CWC's propensity to humblebrag about his internet fame it might actually pique his interest. I bet you the first thing CWC told him about was the CWCki.

Not that any of it will end up in trial but perhaps there is an overworked public defender reading the CWCki now out of morbid curiosity.

Can Chris potentially end up on DOG?

Time for Barb to get out the old cereal bowl and clippers. Time to tame this wild tomgirl.
If Barb has old fashioned views on prison as she does on institutionalism when it was offered when it was suggested Chris be brought to a special school, she will turn him back into a man before he is, as she sees it since they have no money to hire Rob Bell again, inevetably sent to prison. I can't wait to see the butthurt and pictures of him looking like Classic Chris again

(Sorry for the mouthful of a long run-on sentance there, still on the Christmas drink)
