Chris returns to Twitter, likes several tweets

I can definitely see Chris raping again
Now that he is a confirmed, charged, and convicted rapist I'm curious and maybe a little worried what weens and alogs are gonna do now that he's possibly walking free [without a tard wrangler]

I'm convinced shit is going to get real depressing fast like Daniel Larson but x10 times worse. How long until Chris is kicked from the group home and we get a true cross-country travel Fedsmoker saga? If people hated Chris before, they got a valid reason now to really start going in. Just waiting to see someone confront him in public.

He hasn't learned shit.

Why is the inner-net filled with faggots lusting after teenagers? I'd like to think it's a bunch of adult children who peaked in highschool yearning for their glory days, but its really just like a shitty capt. Crunch flavor isn't it? "Oops! All pedos".

I don't think he's walking free - no way he's showing up across a range of hundreds of miles without some sort of transportation, and no way he's somehow been able to acquire a car by any means unless Heilberg fucking donated a shitmobile to him or something.

The fact he's showing up across such a large range might actually be an attempt by those in control (Heilberg, etc.) to make it impossible to follow Chris around by making it unpredictable where he appears. The court case was sealed fairly early on because Heilberg was smart enough to recognize the negative impact the internet following has on Chris. Without knowing the terms of his supervised release at the home, we can't be certain of really anything.

The fact he's only been liking tweets instead of posting manifestos also makes me wonder if he's simply getting supervised public internet access to look at pony shit or whatever. He is nothing if not an attention whore, let us not forget.

It has to be some kind of supervision either it's public internet that can only do so much or it's being monitored in some way and everytime Chris tries to post a tweet he's told no and to begrudgingly agrees.

I'm thinking it's some sort of group home rule that residents only get supervised internet access but aren't allowed to post anything.

If the orderly looking over his shoulder sees him watching the next part of "Chris Chan a comprehensive History" he might get pissed at seeing video of Chris and think that means Chris himself is uploading it.
Orderly: Get that off the gottdam innernet!
Chris: I'm workin' on it!
Orderly: You uploaded 'em you can unload 'em!

If someone's supervising his internet access, this might be the first time someone in charge of Chris finds out how infamous he is.

Heilberg only knew about Ethan Ralph shouting killstream and might've thought it was a true crime podcast interested because he was in the news, Heilberg probably still doesn't know the farms or the CWCKI exist. If Chris told anyone at the jail or Western State about them, they just wrote it off as more delusions of grandeur and paranoia. The idea that anyone in the court system knew or cared about his internet issues is fantasy.

But if someone at his group home is looking over his shoulder as he googles his name and watches Genosamuel, someone in charge of Chris will understand the situation for the first time ever!

He's in the care of professionals now, so they're probably doing a shitton better than Rocky did.
We don't know that he's in the care of professionals.

It was probably drummed into him during the time he was out on bond that he cannot trust people he encounters online, though.

I thought you were required to have at least a few priors just to get an invite
Chris would draw too much attention to himself and start blowing everybody's cover, which is probably why he got blacklisted at most of these places. Plus, weens and a-loggers would be coming out of the woodwork to gawk at the infamous rapist of Barb.

5 million comments and you say this? Reads like trying to stir someone up.

There is no "now." Nothing has changed legally, except that he appears to be no longer under threat of prosecution and is out of jail (and seemingly at at least some liberty).

He is not convicted of anything.

He was also not charged with rape. He was initially charged with incest, but was not indicted, and as that was deferred and as he's now been released, it appears unlikely to move forward. The fact of having spent ~18ish months in jail and another x apparently under supervision adds support to the likelihood of no prosecution.

As far as "confirmed," so long as you don't mean legally, in any sense, sure, if you think so.

But we do not know - and it has not been proved legally - whether what he did met the legal definition of rape (and again, he was not charged with rape, so even if the indictment had gone forward, it would not have resulted - barring some decision to change the charged offense to rape - in a prosecution for rape). We also do not know whether there was sufficient evidence for any conviction, or whether a judge or jury would have found him guilty. All there is is the charge (of incest) and the deferral/ diversion, which (again) was for incest, and not rape.

If you're just going by "what we know," then there is no "now" to it; we know exactly what we knew 2 years ago about what he did.

That would really be interesting to see Chris going around the country in a Mad Max style Ford Escort Focus with Sonichu stickers and schizo ramblings plastered on it.
I can see a van like this but with "free soul bonding" along with the Sonichu stickers and schizo ramblings.

If you've read the Furry Convention Drama thread, you'll have seen that the reputation of Furry Conventions is already collapsing, what with the amount of fraud and sexual deviancy going on at them, as well as allowing convicted pedos like Growly to attend. I think Chris going to MFF, BLFC, Eurofurence etc will be less controversial to the Fandom than the Pizza jerkoff incident.

(While I was typing this, the idea of Chris creating a fursuit of Patti-chan came to mind (keep in mind when someone he loves dies, he thinks they become a Sonichu character), and that would likely be enough to get him banned if he shows up to a room party wearing it. Lets hope to anything holy that he doesn't.)

Banned? i think being dressed as his dead Irish beagle spritz mix dog is the only way Chris could get laid at a furry convention. And considering the aforementioned pizza incident at blfc that's saying a LOT.

To be honest I assumed that furries still had the decency to not want to fuck a dead dog or a representation of it. But then I remember Kero the Wolf and the Zoosadists exist. And I doubt i'll sleep tonight.
