Now that he is a confirmed, charged, and convicted rapist I'm curious and maybe a little worried what weens and alogs are gonna do now that he's possibly walking free [without a tard wrangler] [...] If people hated Chris before, they got a valid reason now to really start going in.
5 million comments and you say this? Reads like trying to stir someone up.
There is no "now." Nothing has changed legally, except that he appears to be no longer under threat of prosecution and is out of jail (and seemingly at at least some liberty).
He is not convicted of anything.
He was also not charged with rape. He was initially charged with incest, but was not indicted, and as that was deferred and as he's now been released, it appears unlikely to move forward. The fact of having spent ~18ish months in jail and another x apparently under supervision adds support to the likelihood of no prosecution.
As far as "confirmed," so long as you don't mean legally, in any sense, sure, if you think so.
But we do not know - and it has not been proved legally - whether what he did met the legal definition of rape (and again, he was not charged with rape, so even if the indictment had gone forward, it would not have resulted - barring some decision to change the charged offense to rape - in a prosecution for rape). We also do not know whether there was sufficient evidence for any conviction, or whether a judge or jury would have found him guilty. All there is is the charge (of incest) and the deferral/ diversion, which (again) was for incest, and not rape.
If you're just going by "what we know," then there is no "now" to it; we know exactly what we knew 2 years ago about what he did.
