Thank you for reposting the original caption because it clearly exposes him as a liar.

He claimed originally that he had read the entire "pedo doujin" and was borrowing elements from other pages in the book for his fanart. If it was truly some singular stray image he found on 4chan, then either the 4chan thread had the entire "pedo doujin" and he read it all, or he sought out the full comic after seeing one page on 4chan. If it was posted on 4chan, the "pedo doujin" is 50 or so pages and 4chan threads cap at around 300 posts, so 1/6th of the thread would be JUST this pedo douji.

Also, why does he now remember with precision where he found it when back then he found it "somewhere" instead? Oh right, he's lying.
