Gave it a quick skim. Nowhere near the worst art i've seen in an indie (or even big name) comic but it's certainly not good. Anatomy is off and very inconsistent, the dynamic is lacking, just look at the middle panel on both these pages

Eric July's comics might be mediocre, but it's a product that evidently many people like and indeed I can hold a copy of it in my hands. The art is mediocre, the storyline isn't outstanding but also not that boring to me anyway. There's really no reason for CG fags to go after him. Oh he DMCAed a video, whatever.

My 10-bit benq monitor costs just a bit over $1200. I got it on sale for around 800.
My colour calibrator costs $60. I purchased one of those Eizo bundled ones that's only intended for Eizo software, but DisplayCAL can work around it and access the tool.

Even an Eizo CG319X would cost just under $6000. A new calibration tool like the Display Pro HL from XCite is like what, $300?
