For those curious as to how these three intersect:
R/illnessfakers was made from exiles of LCF and attracted its own following
Excessive blogging led them to create r/TrueChronicIllness in a failed attempt to contain it
R/malingering was created to be an even cozier hugbox when the illnessfakers mod team didn’t adequately flagellate themselves after a temp mod was accused of racism and transphobia. It combines the worst features of both: ultra pc virtue signaling and endless munchie powerleveling

On the autism diagnosis - I don't think that's one we would be able to prove or disprove without knowing her as a child or knowing her very, very well as an adult. Even then, it's difficult to know whether it's ASD or something like social anxiety unless you know the symptoms were present in childhood. (This is one of the reasons an adult diagnosis is hard to get, you need parents, teachers, report cards etc. to back you up).
If she did have ASD, it'd be relatively mild, and women especially are good at masking it if it isn't flagged during childhood. The real world does not take kindly to Sheldon Coopers so there's a high incentive to learn and adapt how you approach social situations if you're able to.
I guess an interesting symptom in her case could be any sensory processing issues (I'm not sure if she ever claimed something like that, or heightened sensitivity). Also, there's a link between autism and digestive issues, but I don't know enough about that part to know how strong the link is or how severe it can be.

This is the truth, bold and in your face style! I have a feeling that Judd's parents weren't onboard with the whole munchie routine and this event in their eyes is a blessing in disguise.
My personal favorite diagnosis video by Jaquie is her "all about my autism" video. She tries to not make eye contact with the fucking camera during the video. I was laughing so hard. I have literally been watching her every day for years and she DOES NOT ever do this, ever. She Googled the symptoms of autism and tried to seem autistic in her autism video. Plus, pretty sure making eye contact with a camera doesn't really equate to not making eye contact with human beings.

What was she doing at TGH if she lives in Bradenton? This was, according to her, an emergency admission because of her anaphylaxis. Makes no sense why she'd go to TGH when there are three good hospitals in Bradenton. TGH is nearly an hour drive away. Is that where her shady munchie concierge doc has privileges or something?

Yeah most actually autistic people would if anything stare at the camera a little too intently unless they practiced and learned to do otherwise. There is this wide-eyed unfiltered stare that I really associate with higher functioning autists. Maybe they avoid direct eye contact, but indirect gaze tends to be very intense and not modulated like most people learn to do.

But man what a ride. This isn't "in line" with what they want at IF but yeah, it's sad someone died when they didn't need to. However, the grief over there and even creation of a grief subreddit is so bizarre to me. This is a very real possibility for people who get unnecessary procedures, like the roux en y and tube that killed her, I feel like any reasonable person following this and calling her out as a faker would know that this is imminent with these people. It happened and I get it, you want to respect the dead, but to now bend over backwards and "thanks for following her on her adventure"? Wierd. She was harmful and spread a lot of misinformation and wasted a lot of resources that actual sick people need, resources are finite and there are plenty of sick people who wait way too long for help. Her being dead doesn't change that, if anything it reinforces it.
Im sad for Judd in a way but also happy for him. He is free now without having to be the evil guy that left a sick wife, he is instead a grieving widower deserving of sympathy but will also have a chance to live a normal life now.

One narcissistic autist thing I've seen a lot of lolcows do is in every selfie, they don't look at the camera, but instead stare at their own image on the screen, so they're looking off to the side a little. No matter how much they get mocked for it, they keep doing it.
This could be a lolcow or a narc thing more than an autist thing, though.

There’s a weird type of guy who is drawn to munchies and sick girls.
A guy I know - healthy as fuck, his job involves serious outdoor activity that keeps him strong like an ox. Really nice with a big hippie bent, but the burly manly type. He’s got sucked into a crazy relationship with a munchie - a cancer faker, the whole munchie nine yards. He eventually had to get a restraining order after he broke up with the crazy bitch, but he was totally her caretaker until it was all revealed to be a total and complete fraud by her own family.
Saw this guy yesterday and he’s got another “sick” girlfriend. She just moved from another state to live with him while doing PT, which make zero sense for many reasons. When I ask why she’s doing PT the explanation makes no sense. (A unnamed congenital defect but also “other issues” in her legs her evil dad never let her get surgery for as a minor. But she’s 30 now, still lives with parents, but suddenly this surgery is a-ok by dad and now totally necessary!)
After he left everyone at the table was like holy shit he got another crazy faker girlfriend! I had to introduce the term munchie to them. They were stunned it was common enough to have a name.
You could say he’s just got shit luck with women but there’s something drawing him to these types of girls. He’s an attractive guy that gets plenty of interest from women, but he’s seeking out this super needy, munchie type for some bizarre reason. (Before the cancer faker he was madly in love with a lesbian who was the embodiment of health. Maybe that broke his brain
I hope Judd just got unlucky by falling in love too young with a girl that turned out to manipulate him by faking illnesses. But if his next relationship is with another “sick” girl there’s a real problem.

Some people get off on being "the caretaker" in life, whether for a spouse, their children, friends, etc. They love "fixing" people, and will tolerate toxic relationships to do so. Maybe Simple Judd is one of those.
