The way I see it, CNN just went full Vordrak.

@Null is perfectly justified in doing what he wants to point out the cosmic irony in that, especially since they'd love to be seen better than that.

Second, this place has no pretensions about what they do, neither should CNN, but they do, and they deserve to be given mockery for their tarnished "morals".

OK, it just be may be my interpretation of the joke, but I'm pretty sure what's funny is that CNN -IS- acting like Kiwi Farms. I mean, this site plays the moral high ground ironically when doxing folks and here's a supposedly legit news organization doing the same thing. Hence why the logo was changed - it's mocking that the news has become no better than whatever hell this site is.

Honestly I rated this dumb because it was really incoherent and came out of nowhere.

Also calling someone out in public and in the same post sneering that they need to talk to you in private before they've even responded is weird and I think you're better than that.

(Also didn't Marijan already dox flossman and he doesn't care? That's a dry well)

One the one hand I want to make fun of him for thinking changing the logo matters at all or is worth talking about instead of just having a quick laugh. On the other hand, CNN is blackmailing some guy over a wrestling gif so maybe every random thing that happens online really is of world shaking importance.

I think the reason some people are against this doxing is the last time someone chimped out over something they could have easily ignored, threatened to dox someone barely related to the person they were actually mad at, and pretended they had the moral high ground while doing so, the farms went down for a while. Hits kinda close to home. Personally I feel doxing is just a means to an end and that end is a chimp out. CNN got it backwards by freaking out and then trying to dox someone else.

I didn't get to see that one, but I do know on election day there was a the moon from majors mask. I always like these sort of events they bring in a nice change of pace.
