Am I the only one who think putting bleach in a soda can is dumb as fuck? There couldn't have been that much in a regular can, especially if there was still some soda in it. Not only that, but actually doing it during the day where there can be witnesses is stupid. There are far better ways to hurt someone.
IMO, if someone actually did this, and it's not that lady, then he/she deserves to be caught for being this dumb.

As I'm 100% on Tevin's side, anything I say will probably come out seeming biased. This whole situation is absurd and heartbreaking, so whatever there is to be said will sound muddled anyways:

If we're looking into any bank Tevin might be making out of this nonsense, remember that he's never fished for pity bucks before. His house was actually flooded in a hurricane, and he never asked for anything. I even remember him mentioning once that the repairmen made off with his streaming lights (plus one of his guinea pigs ended up dying cuz of the whole mess).

With the addition of his Youtube channel having never been monetized (his surge in popularity as a streamer, and the money that comes with it, has only happened in the last couple months), these opportunities to rake in some pity donations seem legitimate, especially in contrast with the career con artist that is the subject of his study.

Basically, my point is: any money donated that he might be getting out of this situation is on the people donating

Poisoning a soda can with bleach seems like the dumbest, most time consuming, and obvious way of poisoning anyone ever. Workplace politics can get wacky at times.

If I had to guess, I would assume that, like most places like that, employees get free soda while they are working. I am also assuming that these are fountain drinks (paper cup, fill soda at a machine). I would not be surprised if someone (shit it may have even been tevin) cleaned that machine and never rinsed it out fully. The hoses in those things get absolutely disgusting if they aren't cleaned. Like someone said before me, it's more likely that this happened out of stupidity than pure malice. Unfortunately, campus police are notoriously exceptional.

I second this. He didn't ask for a penny after that house flood and he gained my respect for that and after this "resignation" I've only heard him just casually mention donating to him once and he's been streaming for about 20 hours a day. He may be autistic as a streamer/mod but he seems like a real genuine and good person. (minus the whole poisoning thing if he did it)

Not at all surprising considering the guy is school police and a lot of them are either failed real police that can't do anything else or people that want a position of some power but don't feel like having too much responsibility. I'm guessing Mr. Exceptional is the former; it's his chance to be a real cop for once and by god he's going to take this opportunity to show what he's got (which is :autism.

Anyway, this whole thing is yet another example of the people around Phil having infinitely more interesting lives than Phil himself. Such an odd story. I agree that Tevin should not have resigned, especially since he wasn't charged with anything and the university's department is essentially throwing him under the bus to save themselves. If he did nothing wrong and they fired him, he'd have a good case for wrongful termination. You're going to lose your job anyway, might as well have something up your sleeve.
