Interestingly this came out saying a custodian was taken into custody, but the article seems to have been edited to change that.

BREAKING: The poisoned item has been revealed to be a can of soda and not a coffee cup as previously stated.

Kghaleon in denial about reading his favorite website Kiwifarms every day. Even Phil reads Kiwifarms every day because he knows its what successful people do when they're not playing with their my little pony toys.

Kghaleon is probably jealous that Tevin got to work at an actual veterinarian school and had access to animals whereas he can only access animals through his furaffinity account.

I don't believe it tbh. The whole concept of poisoning someone with bleach is ridiculous, and to trying pull that shit off while you're at work is even more ridiculous (especially since this is a lady he said he's spoken with once). I can't see some random old white lady being important enough for Tevin to fuck with in such a stupid way.

I think the most important thing is seeing whether or not there was actually anything in her drink at all, and if there was, if it was significant enough to be intentional as she claims. You need to pour a lot of bleach for some shit to be "attempted murder", and if that was the case, that she didn't immediately notice the smell of fucking bleach coming from the can blows my mind.

I'm thinking this is some crazy lady making shit up, which isn't unheard of. The tests will probably come back negative or inconclusive, and since they can't prove Tevin did anything in the first place (there's a significant amount of reasonable doubt here), nothing is going to come from the shit. He's just out of a job, but at least he isn't doxxed by the news.

:powerlevel:On the subject of crazy ladies making thing up, I remember on four occasions growing up my mother would accuse our next-door neighbors (in four different houses) of doing all kinds of nefarious shit against us. They were stalking her, they were watching us all the time, they would break into the house but not take anything, they would hack into our computers, they'd hack the fucking tv; in the apartment buildings they would intentionally drop shit or walk loudly to fuck with us (and so on and so on). Obviously none of this shit was true, none of our neighbors gave a fuck about us, let alone enough to conspire against our family 24/7 for no reason; but she believed it was real. She would call the police to complain all the time, and spend hours bitching at our landlords about the shit.

I think that's similar to what's going on here. Some crazy bitch might believe Tevin put fluoride in her pepsi max, but there's zero logical reason why he would want to do something like that. But when you're being accused of some shit like that, what can you really do? Our neighbors were basically in the same boat.

You also have to think about the very real possibility of accidental shit in a case like this. It wouldn't be the stupidest mistake someone has made when tired or confused. Including the woman herself possibly having done it.

Either that or Al Qaeda infiltrated the soda manufacturing plant and spiked her drink.

I've worked a lot of jobs that get me into contact with people. Let me be clear about something: The internet is an autism cesspool, but the real world still has high level autists walking around doing dumb stuff.

I've been told that the price of the orange juice in the coolers at my former job was illegal. I once had a man who demanded that I give him half price on something, then when I refused he took my picture (which I did not raise a fuss over - most retail stores will kick you out for taking pictures on their property) and claimed he would "report me to his blog". I had a man threaten via phone that he was going to show up at my store with a gun because we didn't offer to fix a mistake that happened 15 years ago. At another store. Before the store I worked at existed.

People are dumb.

With that said, I have no idea what level of autism we're dealing with on this one. Tevin usually seems pretty chill, but he has shown the tendency to be "petty" from time to time. I don't think he tried to poison a lady, but we all know stories about youtube personalities that were radically different from their on-camera persona. (See Justin Carmical "Channel Awesome" drama)

I also agree with the "crazy bitch making shit up" angle. Maybe she thought Tevin was an easy mark, or she just plain had it out for him. However, I really would have to suspend my disbelief that Tevin would put Bleach or whatever in someone's drink.

Some background on LSUPD which seems to be its own special dumpster fire of autism.

Only 1 week ago they disciplined 4 officers and had 1 resign over a secret recording:
http://www.wafb.com/story/38117551/...-disciplined-after-offensive-secret-recording

And about a week before that an LSUPD officer was arrested and fired for beating his girlfriend up:
http://www.theadvocate.com/baton_ro...cle_69f8514a-4e51-11e8-b073-37e327a3c58a.html

And about a week before that the former LSU PD chief who retired claimed it was a reaction to a 'plot' to remove him from his job:
http://www.wafb.com/story/37968337/...su-pd-chief-says-there-was-plot-to-remove-him

And about a week before that there were allegations made that the search for the new LSU PD chief wasn't actually nationwide and raises questions regarding the integrity of hiring practices:
http://www.wafb.com/story/37933105/...arch-really-nationwide-email-raises-questions

A few months before that the university removed the requirement of having a university degree for the police chief (which took place between the time the previous chief retired and the new one was hired):
http://www.wafb.com/story/36862143/lsu-reduces-requirements-for-chief-of-police-job

A few months before that (shortly before his "forced retirement") the previous chief was involved in a situation involving another officer who allegedly beat his girlfriend and abused his K9 dog:
http://www.wbrz.com/news/lsu-officer-accused-of-beating-girlfriend-resigns-same-week-as-chief/

So this paints a picture that the LSUPD is in quite a bit of internal disarray and should add caution and suspicion with any actions that they take.

I wonder how much bleach was in that can of coke. Artie Lange drank bleach straight out the bottle, stabbed himself in the stomach 9 times with a 13" knife and slit his wrists and he survived.

I doubt it'd be much but I think regardless of the amount it'd still bring serious charges even if it was just something disgusting and not harmful:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1365

But if it gets proven that its bleach/ammonia then it'd most likely get classed as being "super serious" and it wouldn't matter if it was a single drop.

Seems to me it's a white woman in distress, and usually Janitor positions are somewhat on the lower level along with him being Black. He might have just been an easy target. So either the woman was making shit up to get him fired, or there is some petty stuff going on between the woman and the rest of her female coworkers.

The quote about never attributing something to malice that can be explained by stupidity ought to have a corollary: being batshit crazy is also an option.

I am pretty sure someone, somewhere, put a voodoo curse on Phil, that crazy should follow him all the days of his life, like a lingering, schizo fart.

University agencies are generally reserved for either washouts from the recruit program of the city they're in or for people looking to get their door in the industry before going somewhere that isn't a joke.

i've seen folks go into a gas station and tell the cashier to call the cops because theres a black guy standing outside having a smoke, white people are fucking insane

in case it wasnt already obvious: don't talk to the police. Just about every prosecutor in america is a careerist whose goal is to imprison as many people as possible and cops aren't any better. I'm amazed tevin even spoke to that asshole for as long as he did, literally nothing good comes from talking to the police
