Zack likes to throw the word "defamation" around a lot. In a video he published yesterday (or the day before), he claimed another publisher was defaming him for claiming that crowdsourced projects are often late. I guess he forgot about the dozens upon dozens of videos he made criticizing other authors for being late and all the amazing business acumen he developed after watching The Founder in which he described his job as being akin to a "hot dog vendor."

Then, there's Sulking Jon Del Roz. Jon is besties with Testify; let him run around calling her Victoria Kubert or whatever her real name was when she was engaged on Youtube including on Jon's awful snore streams. For some reason they didn't do this to Dean? Sexism. Anyway so Vikki got mad, decided she wasn't going to promote Jon's stuff and buy his comics. Jon then pretended nothing was going on for awhile. If you go back, I brought this up and he insisted there wasn't any problem. Then, after Dean and Vikki made clear that Jon was kicked, he's gone on a tantrum.
As documented above, Jon and Testify have been weirdly obsessed with Vikki, and not Dean. Dean has been far less reserved in calling Jon and his newest boyfriend a couple of faggots.
Of course, Dean and Vikki haven't held any fire back.
The above is a video containing a block of information on TestifyHD; including his dox dropped by WarCampaign. Dean goes through, discussing Testify's personal info. Among it is Testify's old twitter and YouTube, he is 39 years old, has a felony, and raises the question of whether he was actually a law officer as there is an absence of any record of him having served. Whether these are all accurate is irrelevant. The point of the video is clearly a tit for tat.
Dean and Vikki and Jon and Testify have been in a slap fight for months now, started by Testify after his exile for calling someone a pedophile (he's not I guess as zero proof has been given for this accusation).
The bottom line of this is missing though. Vikki, or Victoria, or to those of us here, Boudica, can be spicy. She's also chosen to interact with people online. However, she is also a customer of Jon Del Arroz. This is someone who bought his books. Jon is going around, spreading her private information and dragging her on streams. At the core of Comicsgate, originally, was the idea of professionalism.
Is Jon's behavior professional? I understand his tantrum, Vikki has promoted his work and helped him and now that platform and those customers are gone.
But what really separates Jon from Mark Waid or Al Ewing other than Mark Waid and Al Ewing are talented and successful?

Not sure where the "sulking" thing came from. I'm in Tahoe partying and it's been wonderful, only been limited on the internet for the last week or so.
I have been getting a lot of writing done, including a script that's been commissioned by an author who wanted me to adapt his books to comics, and wrapping up the 6th Baron von Monocle novel, The Crystal Conspiracy as I've kept the fans waiting far too long on that series. You can catch up here.
We also finished the 2nd third of my Bande dessinée science-fiction epic, OVERMIND, of which my early readers say is my best work yet. We'll probably be launching that in Mar/Apr depending on how long it takes to fulfill the Desu Vult campaign.
And yes, if you missed the announcement, I am making a parody book of my own book! In the tradition of Stan Lee and Marvel with "Not Brand Echh!" I've made an isekai mangrrrrr parody of my hit book DEUS VULT. This limited offering by stellar artist, The Quaff, will be available along with a second chance campaign for people who missed the original Deus Vult, which most readers are saying is the best fantasy comic of 2021.

The history of our favorite little triangle is detailed in Dean's Who is Testify video.
In brief. Testify was a Warcampaigner who was kicked out of Warcampaign for being 'too retarded for WC.' Along with him went a group of "Etsys' that started up a show and splinter group in the CG slum fringe community after all being tainted with the Warcampaign brand at its nadir thus leaving them persona non grata both in WC and among the CG Kangs like EVS, Malin, Cecil, and Anna.
The slums were an interesting group of has beens, anti-CG come CG supportive, and wannabe/neverwases. This thriving shanty town hosted streams such as D&V investigations, Nassar Rabbaddi, JDA, Well Read Reviews, the Oz Show. The Off Off broadway of CG. And this island of abandoned toys was the Trash Compactor Show. These groups cross pollinated, then exploded when Testify accused Etsy and possible homo Stupendus of being a pedophile. He hasn't every really backed this up. This led to the Etsys and their various associates broke into sides between the two.
Vikki and Dean took Stu's side and kicked him from their channel; he did a show where he started offering info on Vikki. As you know and at that time, Preston Poulter was attempting to sue Vikki, Dean, and EVS for calling pedophile comic a pedophile comic. Preston found Dean and EVS, but not Vikki. He's had trouble servicing her. So Testify and now Jon go around spamming her info while Jon makes bed room eyes at Preston.

However this sister vs sister conflict is on another level. When a 210K sub YouTuber with a thottish cosplay calendar and her hot sis are the combatants, that is content. This is sure to continue to be an entertaining subplot for years to come. When will it heat up again? For the love of god ladies please get the next fist fight on camera.
