Here's the thing: YouTube doesn't care about this either. All you have to do when you get a CopyRight Strike is challenge it, and YouTube places the onus on Liam to take legal action. They take the strikes down. YouTube is basically saying, "We don't want to host stolen or pirated material, and are protecting the original creator's rights. But if you say it isn't copyright infringement, OK! We'll let the other guy decide if he wants to get a lawyer. We've done all we needed to do."
So challenge the copyright strikes, or don't show Liam's comics anymore. Pretty simple.

The real Smug Frieza is very particular about the correct spelling of his peculiar art, as seen with this exchange with Grimm, who was then doxed (with one x). I once discussed the etymology of the word "dox" with the man and escaped with a mere light swatting, which I am to understand was just a warning.
