Yesterday was a fun day in Comicsgate.
Mike S. Miller's latest faux pas, scolding the backers of Mitch Breitweiser's Red Rooster for not appreciating the glorious achievement of Wal-Mart customers getting access to the comic they paid for first at a fraction of the price, was enough to even stir Simple Zack into acknowledging something in Comicsgate. No small feat to be sure as Zack explains to the unnamed Smiller that the customers aren't wrong for wanting the comic book they paid for instead of instagram photos of Mitch's Caribbean vacation, although he admits that, not knowing what he knows now, he would have also done what Mitch did given the chance.
This was enough for concerned friends and associates of Smiller to stage an intervention...
03/06/2020 - NASSER RABADI - AFTERLIFE WITH NASSER #66 MIKE S MILLER INTERVENTION #PATIENCE #MALINMILITIA
After the opener of remixed Liam tirades set to song, the once and returned Comicsgater Nasser Rabadi starts the stream by greeting the audience by name in the chat and advertising his books on Amazon. Knowing Nasser's streaming style of shifting back and forth between shilling and reading from the chat, this could have perpetuated in a aspergers driven feedback loop if Miller himself hadn't brought the main topic of discussion to the fore at 8 minutes 30 seconds in.
As Frog disclosed in his own blistering livestream on Mike's profoundly ill-chosen words, after Nasser and Mike's twitter exchange here, Mike went ahead and removed himself from the DM group Nasser uses to send streamyard invites to his show. Tensions between the Lonestar and Asyl creators are high and emotions are clearly raw. Diplomatically Nasser says Mike can keep the wrench; he likes Mike and wants him to come on, so Smiller can get the intervention against his continue self-harm with profoundly stupid takes that he clearly, desperately needs. Nasser calls upon the chat to type "1" in chat if they want Smiller to come on the stream, followed by reading out the calls of the audience to "save Mike".
Bitterly, Mike refuses while Nasser oscillates between imploring Mike to join him so they can work this drama out and engaging the chat until Testefy-HD joins at 13 minutes 45 seconds in. Testefy does not care about saving Mike, instead segueing immediately to talk about the current events involving Finatra, an unrelated Comicsgater mostly known for making niche songs, who just finished a disastrous 12-hour long drunken livestream with much screaming at Testefy and to a lesser degree everyone else. Testefy makes vague allusions to a whisper network in CG pressuring Finatra to disassociate with the unwholesome element that he has mustered around his channel, which is to be read as Testefy and his associates. Nasser reacts by inviting Mike on his stream again so they can discuss Mike's amazing take on Red Rooster.
Perplexed, Nasser asks if Mike is mad because he read his chats using the "soy voice" while Testefy asks something unrelated about his former co-host @Mecha hanging out on Preston's discord , followed with a tangent on Finatra's dilemma within the byzantine CG political system and internecine plots at @9th legion centurion 002 's request. Testefy is clearly angry at Finatra caving to unspecified pressure to refuse his platform to Testefy anymore. Nasser says that's unfortunate and resumes reading chats from the audience before covering over Mike's doubling and tripling down of the atrocious take in various tweet threads. Mike shouts another refusal of Nasser's invitation from the chat. Testefy asks if Mike could show up to clear up some questions about Bitcoin. Nasser promises that he'll kick both Testefy and himself if only Mike would show up to discuss this latest debacle.
At 47 minutes Jon Del Arroz joins and, after a brief and unsolicited praising of Comic Book Hut, joins in on the call to save Mike. Nasser even apologizes for reading his tweets in the soy voice if that's what it will take to let them save the Lonestar creator from himself. JDA offers the chance to put his wife on the stream to sell Deus Vult in a rare spousal shill which slowly becomes a window into the innumerable irritations that come with being Jon's wife. Nasser starts sharing the picture of everyone flipping off Mike the scolded dog, rationalizing to Jon del Arroz that "It's been an hour, Mike isn't showing up at this point anyway." Jon insists that they read Comic Book Hut's tweets.
As it becomes clear that Smiller will under no means undergo this intervention, Nasser and JDA begin looking for other topics to talk about. Jon rallies the audience to back Deus Vult and defeat Micah Curtis for the title of top CG crusader comic, bringing forth from the sleeveless one rivers of seethe and cope. Even if you hate comics, can't read or are medically blind, you should still buy Deus Vult if only to spite Micah Curtis.
Finally, the topic settles on Jon's ongoing conflict with the comic book omnibus discussion communit run by some leftist boomer named "Omnidog", who fortuitously was running a show at the same time. Nasser starts sniping the boring discussion between two old men of Marvel Comics omnibuses and their various favorite fictional characters as it is discovered that Omnidog is too much of a boomer to know how to moderate his youtube chat. Jon and others start piling in as the host was helpless to do anything about the barrage of shitposts. Eventually Omnidog in a panic shuts the show down completely.
So, in the end, was Mike S Miller saved from himself? No. but at least something important was achieved in the world of comics, and we'll have to satisfy ourselves with that.

In good news, I had a phone call with OmniDog this morning. He got rattled I guess by folk raiding his channel and we talked comics and worked things out. He said he didn't know what ComicsGate was about just heard things through the rumor mill and said he'll never say anything bad about us again now that he realizes we're just people trying to have fun in comics like him.
Friendship is magic.

I just wanted to update you on what is going on with the comic book.
We are 83% complete and it looks like we will start printing soon! Dario, the artist, only has 7 pages left!!
I wanted to apologize for the delay. The first year and a half, my former artist took advantage of me. I tell you this not only to apologize for the time it took to make this book, but also to let you know that the former artist became so bitter after I fired him, that he is currently trying to abuse the court system to harass me. He is using the court filing to copyright strike the IGG which is down and I am unable to communicate with my backers through IGG. He has copyright striked my Youtube falsely but using the court filing to keep it down so I cannot explain what is going on.
He went around slandering me, hoping to derail the project, but when he saw the progress of my new team, he has now taken to the courts to file a frivolous copyright lawsuit, claiming ownership of the Indiegogo, saying that he owns the campaign for his "Dark World" comic book and that i "stole" it from him. You did not back a "Dark World" project, and I have no idea why he thinks he can just claim ownership of my project while I incur all of the costs, taxes and reputational damage for his lateness.
He is also trying to claim copyright infringement. He is comparing the new artist's work to the work I hired him to draw (of literally me) and claiming he owns my likeness, IP and trademark. Which he does not.

Here I will make the FINATRA thing really clear. On Friday, MARCH 07, 2021 Lord Finatra asked to talk to me through a twitter DM proof below
I went into the streamyard link to talk with Finatra and was told he liked everyone who they call "ETSY's" and you. He wanted me to continue helping him with the "UNSUB FINATRA" joke that he knows is a joke. He wants to keep up the fake rivary of the morning streams.
This is when it turns and I allude to the "whisper networks".
Finatra goes on to tell me he is my friend and likes me, but can't have me on his show anymore because it is making "PEOPLE" angry.
At first I thought this was a joke, but after a couple questions I figured out he was serious. At that point I told him GOOD LUCK and to GO FUCK HIMSELF.
After that, this is the result
All I have ever told Finatra to do with his channel is KEEP DOING WHAT HE HAS BEEN DOING and DO HIS OWN THING. Nothing more, Nothing less.
Does this make it any clearer?

It remains to be seen if it's really a WC thing. My first impression is that they heard someone else decided they hated Testefy and they came runnin. I watched a portion of the Finatra vs Testefy spectacle that I caught wind of when it happened on Well Read's stream. I hadn't kept up with the guy much but the few times I did observe him, he seemed fine compared to the other people we discuss. But on that stream It came off to me as a meltdown with the way Finatra was going off. I couldn't figure out what the fuck the guy was upset about, but his angry rambling was a bit amusing. I haven't had a chance to check out his 12 hour alcohol fueled rant that Dongs mentioned.
I hope he hasn't gone stupid enough with his recent bout of flailing to buddy up with WC, because anyone with a functioning brain knows that's a dumb fucking idea.

This is somewhat difficult to narrow down because of the number of separate groups within Comicsgate that all coordinate behind the scenes and also hate Testefy, as well as Finatra's connection to each of them.
First there's the group of noveau "big" CG creators who coordinated the mass blocking of all of Warcampaign during the great fight over Anna's Vampirella, back when Testefy and the other "Etsies" were members. While WC and the Etsies have gone their separate ways, to put it mildly, this does not necessarily mean that the people who mass blocked them back in summer of last year see any reason to let up on their coordinated exclusion. Seeing as Finatra is one of the few producers of actual content on major CG programs like the JACK show (despite not being a guest), having him willingly associate with the shunned Trash Compactor people may not be tolerable. Then again, Mandy Summers stated on a now privated stream that "nobody has a problem with [Testefy], everyone knows you just want to play the part of the asshole". Who knows, I doubt there's a consensus on this in either case.
Second there's the group(s) comprising of any number of the dozens of smaller creators within Comicsgate who simply lacked the prominence or influence to get in any of the more well-heeled circles and so set up organizations to coordinate among themselves. Many of them comprise of the CGers from back in the day who ran the purity test gauntlets WC enforced upon every aspiring smaller creators they could (the smaller the better) and displayed sufficient "personal loyalty" to the Warcampaign to be given approval. Point being, they also hate the Etsies given their conflicts with Liam and WC. As for why they'd want no Testefy and friends on Finatra's show, the reasons are obvious - Finatra's platform is one of a few available untapped audiences they can access to sell their projects to in an increasingly chilly and competitive marketplace; what's more, Finatra is very eager to be accepted in the "CG Community". They'd just rather not have to do it in a place where Testefy and Soy Rage might jump in and start clowning them and their campaigns mercilessly at any given moment.
In either case, the root cause of the problem stems from Finatra's lack of self-worth; he's the one creating the content and he's the one with the venue that people are going to. By contrast, the people pressuring him are in the middle of failing campaigns or are in the process of preparing campaigns destined for failure; collectively between them they're on course to gross less than 10,000 dollars. Without the lure of social acceptance being dangled in front of the drunken, often depressed half-Puerto Rican we call Finatra, he should realize that he's the one who holds all the real power in this scenario.

So really @NasserRabadi13 and Mitch Breitweiser objectively accomplished the exact same thing when it comes to getting work by people in CG into Walmart (both can be purchased only off of the Walmart online store). Except Nasser actually fulfilled his campaigns, and his work is more available than Mitch's since it can be ordered off of Amazon as well. Seeing as getting comics into kids' hands is apparently very important cause to Smiller, its only logical that he humble himself learn at the feet of the person who has accomplished the most in this regard - Nasser.
