That said, a good case could be made that the "correct" way to deal with shit like this is to ignore it. They wanted attention. He gave it. Now they'll get more attention, and probably a Vox/Kotaku/whatever article putting him on blast. Said article will be less about the artwork, and more about the audacity of "this old white male" criticizing those criticizing him. Admiral Ackbar is probably facepalming.
One should first ask themselves if it's worth it. If you drew the official artwork, and the official artwork is the one that's officially sanctioned. why give a shit that SJWs molest it in their non-commercial circle jerk?

Well I guess it depends what you're comparing it to, maybe they're less worse than what came after? I stopped though, so they were definitely terrible enough to make me stop buying mainstream comics regularly, and move onto other things.
On a more general note, I'm pretty sure the 90s is just a shit decade and we shouldn't have nostalgia about it. All the supposedly great 90s movies are cringey and full of cheese too, much more so than the timeless immortal classics of the 80s. Am I wrong here? I think almost everything in the 90s sucked, I feel zero nostalgia for the entire decade.

And this is what I find most strange. He's all for Preston, but as I said, he's a pearl clutching type of Christian, and he absolutely hates Porn. He wants it gone, banned, removed. Now the porn argument isn't something I want to get into. Torchetti is fucking dumb, so it's not so much that he wants porn gone but it's his multiple lulzy reactions to porn and his shitty reasoning as to why it's terrible. His Twitter shows he's been on this anti-porn crusade for around 3 years.
Just pointing out that this guy has over 1700 followers and most of his Tweets get no interactions. The above Tweets made me chuckle, this goofy motherfucker's smile gone once he thinks about the temptations of porn, knowing Satan is dangling that Brazzers membership over his head, but Torchetti here is bravely going to fight the good fight. So much so that he reports any and every porn account he comes across.
I'd like to point out that anyone that goes on a flagging spree when something that offends their sensibilities is a bitch made faggot, but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised after looking upon the manlet's smiling visage. There's MAP and zoophile accounts that post worse shit, but golly, someone tweeting about a tit fuck? SAVE ME, JACK DORSEY!

No....the 90s were not the best decade for comics. No they weren't terrible, outside of Marvel. They had some great comics that if I wanted to I could wax at length about. They also gave us Image, Bob Liefeld, and Todd McFarlane Spawn. If 30% of Image comics in the 90s were kino, 70% were trash.
The 80s or the 60s hold the best decade, sadly.

They beat the 80s no doubt, but I would argue that more good games have come out in the 21st century so far than the entire 20th century. And they're only getting better, holy fuck have you seen them lately.

If you actually have a decent copy of New Mutant's 98, it can go for six or seven hundred figures. It's one of five comics from the 90s you won't find in the quarter bin.
Though, shop retailers have started to catch on. Last I cared, I heard they've moved to up pricing the stuff and if it sells it sells.
Well, you have to grade when it comes to video games on a curve due to hardware.
I actually think the gold period is 1993 to 2006 software wise. Nintendo was still making new IP, Sega hadn't collapsed, Sony was young and hungry, and Microsoft was dropping the xbox.
Then there were the third parties. Rare, BioWare, Bungie. All in their prime. Nothing comes close to top down quality like that fifth generation.
Now we have better hardware, a greater opportunity for indie creators. But the Triple A publishers are creatively busted.
If only they had the budget wasted on shit like Last of Us 2 or the Mass Effect remake.
