If he now has another new probation running concurrently, does this mean that he gets two probation violations each time he violates? Will he literally be double-chucking probation violations now?

As I previously stated could happen, it seems the judge looked at this as a past event that was already taken into consideration with his July 2 drug possession, and has elected to only sentence him to 2 years supervised probation, to run concurrently with his current probation. This is best possible outcome.

Right here. If he was sentenced to any jail or prison time it would be in there.

THIS IS FROM HIS OLD Probation violation, the one that occured at the same time as slapping his father, the felony drug posession. Both of these events happened at the same time and were the same arrest. This is what I mean both violations are just rolled into one probation term. Revoking probation is not the same as revoking parole where you go instantly back to jail and/or prison. you can be revoked and just get longer/more probation.

Had Virginia not have a separate Domestic Relations court for domestic violence situations, both of these charges would have been handled all at once and as one violation.

Virginia is such a shit show. Obviously we all win here, but it's insane to me that violating your probation lends you more probation time. That's like killing someone for attempting suicide. But you know what, fuck it we up big! DTPN!!!

Is Virginia just a lenient state or is this simply plot armor?

The state doesn't want to deal with Austin. He is an addict. Jail will not fix him. As such, he hasn't shown to be a danger to the public and he nearly made it out of that 10 year first probation. The government wants him at home gambling, begging for juice, and not pissing hot. The alternatives are him on the street committing crimes against citizens other than his parents or having to pay for him to stay in jail.

Every single court/jail/county in America is so overrun with illegals and niggers committing actual crime, they don't have room for our boy.

can a lawfag explain to me how BMJ can get away with violation after violation meanwhile getting caught with like... more than a gram of weed can get you thrown in jail no questions asked for like... 10 years. (in some states, that is)

Yes, and I'll give you the short of it. Austin has not been charged with any crimes since the second domestic violence and fleeing and eluding in October 2024. Probation violations for drug use etc are not very serious until they really start stacking up. And this is up to your State Probation Officer who may let you fail a few drug tests before even submitting you for a violation.

Austin caught two warrants at the same time. One for violating his misdemeanor probation in the local Domestic Relations court (J&DR). This violation was due to a failed drug test back in March. Austin got a deal with his State probation officer to go to rehab instead of getting a technical violation, however he did not have this deal with the local court. He is in jail waiting for a bond on this probation violation, but it is not a new crime. I've posted ad-nasuem in both threads that Virginia is pretty light on these types of probation violations. The most Austin has at risk for this is the remainder of the suspended 6 month sentence (90 days). no big deal.

The more serious (sounding) of the two is the violation of his felony probation. As stated, when he was arrrested and subsequently convicted of cocaine posession and domestic violence on that July 2, 2024, the case went to two courts. Austin was already sentenced on violating his probation on that day for the felony drug posession. The judge is not going to turn around and give him even more time for the other half of the crime for the same arrest.

What you, and maybe others, confuse this with is Parole violation/revocation. This is why I stress for people to learn the difference. When out on probation you are serving your sentence has given to you by the judge, and only the judge can decide to take that away and change it to jail or prison time. Parole is not part of your sentence. You are released from prison early at the approval of the states parole board. When you violate any condition of parole, and even if you are not convicted, it can be revoked and you are not sentenced to more time, but go back to prison to continue serving your time.

Why does everyone keep talking about parole? Unless your crime was committed more than 30 years ago there is no parole in Virginia.

You'd think with so many lolcows on probation and bossman constantly violating people would grasp it.
Maybe this is just some kind of autistic pet peeve on my part but i feel it will mislead others.

On topic of Bossman. Everyone needs to wait until all of these hearings are done. Getting bond on one VOP charge doesn't necessarily mean that will happen on the other one.
I've personally seen people sent to prison after failing 3 drug tests on probation, despite going to rehabs on the first two violations. This guy is really tempting fate and if he keeps getting let free will keep repeating it thinking there are no consequences, until there are. I wouldn't count on his luck lasting much longer.

This is exactly what happens, and how his mentality is. He will go in knowing he would fail the drug test, but when he isnt arrested on the spot he thinks he got away with it, comes back to his live stream and 'thanks god' and is so relieved because he thought he was going to jail... and then continues the behavior.

I posted this very example earlier in this thread with a redirect to the main thread. One the 12 or 13th of March he comes on live stream saying he thought he was going to jail, that he broke down and cried to the probation officer that he relapsed. That he begged not to be sent to jail. And this is when they sent him to rehab (the latest rehab at least). He thought he was good. What he did not even think about was he broke down and begged the State Department of Corrections probation officer. He never even contacted the community corrections probation at the local J&DR court. And how thats the probation he's charged with violating. They made no such deal. This is also the 2nd official probation violation charge that court has filed.

He's like a dog pissing on the rug. If you dont catch him doing it and discipline immediately, he doesnt understand. With how slow both of these violations were in coming, I feel he may have a few more filed. I hope for his sake (and our entertainment) they get them filed in the next few weeks so that he can get a bond hearing on those as well. If not he could theoretically get out on bond on Jun 13, and a new warrant get issued for the next violation. Remember they just judged him Wednesday on his car-break-in-probation for the domestic violence that occurred on July 2, 2024. He later was convicted of a second domestic violence that occurred 19 October, 2024. It would stand to reason that violation will be filed soon.
