Communists - That time when 100 million people died wasn't REAL communism, comrade

reminder that communist juggalos are a thing now

We're nazis now, guys.

No, you're nazis. I'm a good communist and if anybody is reading this because they came here from certain outside communities (the kind that like to wear black a lot and stand up for the oppressed) I'm willing to be a really talkative friend starting at 0.5BTC per name or just make your best offer. Your daddy's trust funds won't even notice the dent and think of all the brown people you'll protect. Hit me up.

Is a thread on Communism really necessary? I mean, everyone knows it's terrible, and people who believe communism is good are either ignorant or stupid, under influence/pressure, forced, or just naive.

This will probably end up as a massive circle jerk, however I think this thread has it's purpose, mostly to document people who say dumb shit but not enough dumb shit to warrant their own thread.

For a movement that's concerned about fruits of labor falling into hands of burguoise, they do seem awfully entitled to fruits of labor of other people.

But what do I know. It's not like the country I live is a former Warsaw Pact country that actually had rationed food at some point and centralized economy. Kinda wish I could share caps in my language, Polish socialist parties are a goldmine.

Don't forget the Trabant too, a car made of "duroplast" (a form of plastic) and powered by a 2 stroke engine, with years long waiting lists to buy when new.
Don't discount the Trabbi right away. Like it's brother (The Bug) from another mannish Kraut mother, it's very lightweight due to it's use of polymers in it's construction. Thus, a small increase in engine power goes a long way.

Plastics are the future, nigga.

@tamarlover
What happens to the people who stray from the community thinking in a communism society? Is hard to think they wouldn't be severely punished and I'm not talking about sending them to the gulags but shunning them from society and getting their privileges stripped away from them must be necessary to keep people under control. I can see a communism society working but only with a tight almost fascist like control.

Go ahead if you feel like translating for us.

Lenin actually did something, and arguably the majority of what we ascribe as the failures of communism are a result of Stalin taking over and ruining many of Lenin's policies. This isn't to say Lenin's system was perfect or anything, just that it was certainly better than what comes later for communism.

Everyone is talking about how "communism works if implemented right" and I still haven't heard of the "right way". It's like when feminists cry about being oppressed but can't really say how. Is there some secret way to unlock that knowledge? Personally, I don't care, because someone always is going to be exploited, even in communist "utopia" (and I'm using this word very lightly).

:powerlevel: I think that following one single ideology without ever straying from it will never work because people are different, they're individuals and you never know how they will behave. If everyone is free, then no one truly is. If no one is poor, then no one is rich either. Let people make their own decisions - as you make your bed, so you must lie in it. Communists talk about making everyone equal, but rarely do you see them undertaking actions that would bring them closer to such equality that isn't arguing on the internet or protesting. If they truly love communism, they should've started by letting go of their luxuries and sharing them with others - but they never will, because they're just as selfish as everyone else.

But what do I know.
