Hackers recently claimed to have hacked Insomniac Games, the creators of the recently popular Spiderman video games. The hackers asked for $2 mil and Insomniac basically took the “Bet you won’t,” approach.

Anyways, the hackers released all of the studio’s internal plans (which includes a schedule for all games until 2030), alongside concept art and unreleased gameplay footage from the upcoming Wolverine game.

A 24 page Google doc was dropped late last night that has accumulated almost 60k likes on Twitter in only 14 hours, detailing Dream's inappropriate communications with his fans.

It's mostly just rehashing the same allegations, but serves as a fairly comprehensive backstory to the drama, and comes on the heels of Dream's alleged official response.

The State of Colorado has removed Trump from the ballot
thread link
In a stunning and unprecedented decision, the Colorado Supreme Court removed former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot, ruling that he isn’t an eligible presidential candidate because of the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban.”

The ruling was 4-3.

The ruling will be placed on hold pending appeal until January 4, pending a certain appeal to the US Supreme Court, which could settle the matter for the nation.

The state Supreme Court decision only applies to Colorado but the historic ruling will roil the 2024 presidential campaign. Colorado election officials have said the matter needs to be settled by January 5, which is the statutory deadline to set the list of candidates for the GOP primary.

Ratified after the Civil War, the 14th Amendment says officials who take an oath to support the Constitution are banned from future office if they “engaged in insurrection.” But the wording is vague, it doesn’t explicitly mention the presidency, and has only been applied twice since 1919.

This decision is being made by the states supreme court, which were all appointed by Democrat governors.
All seven justices on the Colorado Supreme Court were appointed by Democratic governors. Six of the seven subsequently won statewide retention elections to stay on the bench. The seventh was only appointed in 2021 and hasn’t yet faced voters.
This could set the precedent for other states to remove Trump. Unironically this could affect future elections if states start finding things they dislike. Write-in ballots with Trump should still be accepted within the state but he's not on any official ballot.

While people can be removed from state ballots its usually due to being a small candidate in local elections this has never really happened to a large candidate in federal or presidential elections

There's some speculation that Balldo has been delisted from Rumble's front page, that's sad.

MAN♂y Karenvickers made an appearance in Balldo's Rumble chat, seething about mean Kiwi Farmers.
Did you know that the Kiwi Farms is trying to gaslight "her" into extortion?

Show us on this plushie cow where, when and how you were touched, and who touched you.

The police are now involved. The next time someone knocks on the trapdoor of Josh's Serbian bunker, it won't be the mailman delivering copies of ISOM. It'll be interpol.

Calling upon all African, African American or better, Jamaican Kiwi Farmers to test out this null hypothesis.
odds are good that she went for the vaginal rejuvenation add-on. But it’s not like we can check.

The Social Media Platform Formerly Known as Twitter (X.com) is was functionally down.
1703141139671.png

Users' main timelines and individual account timelines do did not display Things Formerly Known as Tweets (posts). According to Downdetector.com The service outage began at approximately 0530 UTC / 0030 EST and ended at 0642 UTC / 0142 EST (the time of writing this post), lasting about an hour. Spaces continued to function and became where users gathered to mutually confirm their experiencing of the outage.
EDIT: As of 2342 MST, we're back.
#TwitterDown is trending on Twitter. Which means that the outage was, unfortunately, not permanent.

Roosterteeth, in a string of unending failure, has announced that they’re forced to cancel their fan convention next year and are effectively e-begging for subs. This comes after having stated less then half a decade ago that subscriptions to their infamous RT First program was “no longer enough”.

Related, Barbara Dunkelman, one of the vice actors for RWBY, their infamously shitty animated web show, states that RWBY costs millions per season to produce.

Tangentially Related, Roosterteeth’s parent company Warner Brothers, after the epic failure of their attempt to merge with Discovery, is now trying to merge with Paramount.

A mass shooting has happened in Prague, Czechia.

The shooter from the University of Prague is named David Kozak. Preliminarily, he shot three people and injured 20 others. Afterwards, he took his own life.

Kozak opened fire on the fourth floor of the building of the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University. In an attempt to escape the gunfire, some students climbed out of windows and sat on the ledge – one of the girls couldn't hold on and fell. She became the fourth victim of the attack.

According to preliminary information, when dozens of police cars arrived at the scene, Kozak shot himself.

EDIT: The shooter, also posted a manifesto to Telegram. He wrote it in russian.

Jonathan Yaniv was found guilty of public mischief for pulling a fire alarm in his mother's senior living condo last year. The incident occurred after Yaniv was confronted for bringing his fake service dog into the condo lobby. Yaniv set off a malee by shoving an elderly man in a walker who pushed his dog off of the lobby furniture. Another eldery resident then attempted to push Yaniv out of the building. Yaniv was found not guilty of assault charges.

A video of Yaniv shoving the man and then getting his ass handed to him has been released.

Boogie2988 is a fat YouTuber who will never improve his awful behavior because he enjoys it all too much to care about the consequences. We already know that, so what's newsworthy about it?
A documentary video came out that just finally admits that he's not an innocent oopies dooties fat uwu good boy who lost his way, but a habitual liar and manipulator who has just put less and less effort into appearing like an okay person.
Discuss it here.

First there was the Dept of Energy faggot that was stealing women's luggage. Then, there was just the intern getting bufu'd in the house chamber and now it c9mes out that Jill Biden's press secretary(why is tha5 a thing) was banging dudes on secured floors while the first family was there. His trists include at least one attempt with a foreign government worker. Don't worry everybody, everything is going great!
