For the second night in a row, Nick Rekieta has pulled a no-show after announcing he’d be streaming. Perhaps not so coincidentally, in both cases @MNPublicRecords (not sure if @MNPublicRecords2 is the same person) dropped new docs related to Nick’s loss of his children to the state prior to the announced streams’ respective start times.

The latest document is a motion Nick filed, stomping his feet and demanding the judge give his kids back — with no reasoning, justification or argument for why the judge should do any such thing. And about those hair follicle tests:

Apparently, at 3:43 PM on Friday just one business day before the hearing with little chance for the state to respond, and with no affidavits building a record or even so much as a proposed order, Nick's crack legal team slipped in a motion revealing that after the Rekietas took those oft-mentioned May hair follicle tests and then oddly revoked MMI's consent to disclose those tests' results to any state agency, the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) somehow managed to get her hands on those results anyway and also gave them to other parties. Because the Rekietas apparently took those May hair follicle tests at the suggestion of their then-counsel, the motion cites to "attorney work product doctrine" to beg the judge to deem those test results inadmissible as evidence and also order all parties to never ever ever speak of them again. Oh, and the motion also asked that the GAL be fired for her dastardly deeds obtaining that highly relevant information in the first place. Anybody want to hazard a guess as to why Nick would try so very hard to suppress those test results if they came back negative?

The balldo-wearing polysubstance enthusiast will be live in less than 15 minutes. He didn't abscond his streaming duties with his balldo tucked between his legs despite the new documents being posted.

Youtube has made another retroactive 180 in policy recently which despite seeming to have flown under the radar, may now be in the process of being enforced. They have banned all firearm and ammunition company video sponsorships effective June 18th. There are two tiers of punishment: future and retroactive. Any videos with banned sponsors prior to the rule going into effect on June 18th are at risk of deletion. Any sponsored videos uploaded after June 18th will put the channel itself at risk of a Strike and therefore Termination. A guntube channel has uploaded a video referencing a recent discussion with their Google representative clarifying and reiterating these terms.

A concerning video of WorldOfTShirts / Joshua Block singing before taking a drink has has gone viral on tiktok with over 20 million views due to him shaking uncontrollably as a consequence of his out of control alcoholism. He is also paranoid and looking around like someone is pointing a gun at him.

Update: Multiple kiwis have also put into light that he was active in the woman-hate thread, coomed to lolicon (and actively defended it), his rule34 profile and a few more things. I have put it all in one post and thanks to the help of @Admiral Throbnelius, @RadioactiveMonkeyMan have identified @Higgs Bonbon as Alexander Walsh of London, Ontario, Canada. View the post here.

I analysed one of Boogie2988's low-functioning psychotic manipulation attempts in this "Facing the Music" disaster stream, where he admitted to lying about cancer.

Here, he shows "a bunch of pill bottles" in a futile attempt to convince people that he indeed has the Animal Crossing version of cancer.
If you look closely, it's just (at most) 3 prescription pill bottles. He was juggling the bottles from one hoof to another like a circus clown.
To my knowledge, this was first picked up by Kiwi Farms. Commentary grifters and other orbiters did not see the subtle attempt.
