The first set of three is a continuation to the 6th of June hearing. It pertains to cross examination involving the Guardian ad Litem Ms. Barber.
Previous summary.

• Ms. Barber believes that the children cannot return to their home because it's unsafe (as of 6/6).
• She states that allowing the grandparents to move into Nick Rekieta's coom den is a "creative solution", though licensing might be complicated, and the grandparents need substance awareness training.
• They don't know how the drugs got into Balldo's home and how the child tested positive.
• Balldo was cooperative and attending to the home visit with Ms Barber.
• She was able to enter the coom den (master bedroom).
• She had a peek into the connected master bathroom and stated that a pug was kept there (Sunny).
• She's not in a position to discuss their second home.
• Balldo has pet frogs. Their children allegedly love nature, despite their father's savagery towards wildlife.
• Constant usage assessments that return negative results will expedite the reunification process.

The second set of documents: (1) Joint notice of motion and motion filed by Balldo's lawyers.

• They listed out the preferred custody solution. 1) Kids return home. 2) Kids move in with grandparents. 3) Unsupervised visits and overnight visits with parents. 4) Similar to 3, but under the supervision of grandparents. 5) Another arrangement.
• Suppress hair follicle test results, and the mentioning of it pertaining to parents (Nicholas and Kayla).
• They accused the Guardian ad Litem Ms. Barber of improperly accessing the hair follicle test results, and stated that she should be removed.
• Suppress public access to case proceedings because Nicholas Rekieta is a public figure with over 400,000 followers. Balldo wants the documents gone despite openly stating that all court hearings should be 100% public to ensure transparency, to hold the state accountable, and to grift money off others misery. Actually, he didn't say that last point but he was fine doing it with other public figures. Scum.
• They bitched about the names of the children and birth dates being public, with 2,200 views and redacted versions having over 40,000 views. Cry more.

For discovery, Balldo and Our Wife's lawyers want the following: (Notes here. And here.)

1. Records pertaining to hair follicle tests of children
2. Omega Laboratories instrument printouts and promatograms [sic].
3. Positive and negative controls relating to children's hair follicle tests.
4. Operating procedure of the laboratory.

8. Controls relating to the hair follicle test.

The Guardian's attorney demands (please correct me if I get anything wrong):

• The Guardian ad Litem Ms. Barber may rely upon Balldo and Our Wife's hair follicle test results.
• She can access all the documents relating to this case.

Over the last few weeks (and on and off for the last two years), Pat has made much noise about attending WorldCon 2024, a shit-tier sci-fi/fantasy convention being held in Glasgow at the same time as the Edinburgh Festival, in a desperate attempt to cash in on the reputation and spending power of Europe's biggest arts festival despite being held in a shithole city 40 miles away. Pat has been preparing for this con for two years, showing off his pass and admitting that he used up all his air miles to attend.

Pat's last mention of the convention was on Friday, where he complained of jetlag and missed his panel (where he was moderating, not actually contributing), citing unspecified "travel gremlins":

But now Pat is missing. He has not posted anything even remotely relating to the convention since despite it taking place all weekend. A book signing this afternoon revealed nothing. In fact, Pat went completely radio silent for about 18 hours from Friday afternoon, unheard of from the Man of Pig. He has not posted a single picture of his stupid fat face on the plane, in Glasgow, at the hotel, or the convention.

He has, after his uncharacteristic silence, resumed telling the stalker children that they are going to prison.
