The Minnesota State Legislature is seriously advancing a bill that would not only make discrimination based on sexual orientation illegal, but removes the clause that prevents the definition of sexual orientation from including the "physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult", and is being widely interpreted as classifying pedophilia a legal and protected sexual orientation.
It was drafted by Representative Leigh Finke, a transwomen, and is currently co-authored by 16 Democrats and rising. Rep. Finke says he is receiving harassment and claiming he is "hurt and scared". His pinned Tweet is from militantly online and highly unreliable Harvard lawyer Alex Caraballo who claims the characterization of the bill is a lie.

Nick Rekieta and his wife visited Philadelphia on the weekend for Dick Masterson's Road Rage event. Audio of Rekieta's contributions to the show indicate that Nick's jokes bombed and he had a very strange effected voice throughout. Nick talked over music interludes and apparently did not understand that he was supposed to vacate the stage after his spot had ended, and stayed on stage even after being told to leave.
Going back to Nick’s performance on this weekend’s Who Are These Podcasts / The Dick Show live event in Philadelphia, it turns out there’s a good reason he was on for so much of the show: he was too drunk to comprehend that he was supposed to leave when his initial segment ended, even after being told to hit the bricks. And the hosts were either too polite or too stupid to physically remove him.
Photos of them in Philly have been released, leading to comparisons of Nick's wife Kayla's appearance in photos over time and comments in the thread that her appearance had changed.
The release of the Philly photos lead to renewed speculation about what happened in September 2022 when Rekieta traveled with his wife so she could have some sort of procedure done. The hotel room he streamed from is a match to the Hotel Landing in Wayzata, MN, a town of less than 5,000 people on the outskirts of Minneapolis, over 80 miles from Spicer, where Rekieta lives.
While the nature of the "routine, normal" procedure or the facility where it was performed is unknown, you may recall that two weeks ago, Rekieta was tracked from his car live stream driving to his "appointment" and stopping at a gas station in Wayzata at the end of his stream. The gas station was across the street from Wayzata Cosmetic Surgery & Spa, which also provides hair loss treatments.
