The hearing in Steve Quest defamation case against Nick Rekieta is currently happening, and they parties settled on a Discovery plan. This plan (among other things) would set the deadline for amendments to February 1st, 2024, Deadline for dispositive motions and contests as to expert qualifications to September 30, 2024 (60 days after close of discovery), mediation to October 30, 2024, and trial to February 1st, 2025

In what experts are calling "the Crossover Event of the Year", war has been declared between fat druggie Canadian Chantal Al-Refae and fat alcoholic Jew Nick Biegler, better known under the "Music Biz Marty" alias that he used to troll Cyrax back when he was 'rax's A-Log in Chief.

Chantal put out a video a couple of days ago supporting Cyrax without doing any homework, and promptly retracted it when people pointed out what she could have discovered in 10 seconds had she bothered to look him up. One or other of these things drew the ire of Marty, who has been desperate for new drama to insert himself into since other trolls stole his Cyrax grift from under him. Highlights include:

- Chantal boasting of her stepfather's collection of guns and crossbows, implicitly threatening Marty with them
- Marty releasing a video claiming Chantal's husband is repulsed by her and daring her to make out with him on camera
- Marty openly begging for people to dox Chantal and her family members on his Youtube community tab
- Chantal threatening to report him to the Canadian authorities when she goes back home for a visit, despite Marty living in Illinois.

According to recent leaks, Danny Phantom character Ember McLain, best known as the waifu of mass shooter Randy Stair/Andrew Blaze, is going to be a playable character in the upcoming crossover fighting game Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2. This will be Ember's first appearance in a Nickelodeon property since Randy Stair shot and killed three people in a Weis supermarket in 2017.

Developing situation in the Cow Crossover.. Music Biz Marty is currently making not nice calls to the police on Chantal (Foodie Beauty's) Mothers house stating that her uncle Steve was holding people hostage with a shot gun.

Edit, now he is calling saying he heard women in trouble and glass smashing, stating Salah is the guy there and carries a cross bow. The first call he made was to Cornwall NY police. The Drunk Idiot!
