David Christopher Noble, an ex-Airforce Officer was indicted last year on charges of animal crush pornography. He has now plead guilty.
His sentencing is in April, and for once, his punishment might not just be a slap on the wrist:
For his role in the conspiracy, Noble faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years’ supervised release. He will be sentenced on April 24, 2024.

The latest casualty of the failing Argentinian economy: Phil Burnell.

After detractors found out that $4 youtube memberships could be bought for the equivalent of just a couple cents using Argentinian pesos due to price localization, DSP has been receiving an influx of troll superchats and gifted memberships, and has officially put out an order that anyone superchatting in argentinian pesos will be banned. He can't do this with memberships, though, as they do not show the currency used.

While this may seem like just another way for trolls to annoy Phil, it actually might cause him problems down the line as the Argentinian memberships will saturate his audience, and the legit gifted memberships won't have any viewer accounts to latch on to and Phil won't receive the money.
(The way gifted memberships work on Youtube, there has to be an actual viewer without a membership to accept it, otherwise the streamer doesn't get paid).

Do you remember pompompurin (@pomp) aka Connor Fitzpatrick? He ran the notorious forum BreachForums (black hat hacking crime forum, successor to Raidforums), and was also a member of the Kiwifarms. He even donated Kiwifarms $5,000, and agreed with the forum's message.

When pompompurin got arrested, court cases also discovered that he had possession of child pornography on July 14, 2023. After this happened, Null banned pompompurin off the forum, and he got tons of comments on his profile for being a pedophile.

Well, it's been a while, and ever since this, his court case has been getting active updates, and today is the final update of this case. In the last updates, the court recommended to him that he'd get 188 months imprisonment. (most of the charges being the possession of child pornography). Today, the court, has given pompompurin (@pomp on KF), aka Connor Fitzpatrick, 20 years of supervised release. After almost 2 months of not uploading anything to his main channel, iDubbbz has released a Content Cop video on Cart Narcs, outing himself as a lazybones of the highest order. Well, it's not a Content Cop, it's an "iDubbbz Complains" video, because he has grown and matured and doesn't do videos bullying people anymore. The Christmas example returns! Channing Creager (Sam Hyde's crazy ex who has spent years calling him a homosexual pedophile who blackmails his employees) has now gotten in contact with Summer, a mentally ill contestant from Fishtank who was kicked out for being too unstable, and gotten her to spout the same talking points about Sam being a homosexual who blackmails all his employees. She is now claiming to have been drugged and anally raped by Sam in the basement (Where almost 10 if not more people are there all the time at once), despite posting earlier this week about how positive her experience there was and being willing to return. She also claims that the mental hospital she was staying at is working with Sam to silence her.

A leaker managed to get into Mamamax's evidence server posing as a victim. They have begun to disseminate this information.

Max required the Survivors / Victims of Camden (the werewolf, vampire, cult leader affectionately known as blackula) to sign an NDA to access the discord server information and vidoes confirm that other youtube influencers were in the server as well.
