INTERESTING: It seems that a user on Tumblr was responsible for the dissolvation of Lolcow LLC (the business operating the Kiwifarms). The method for this was finding Lolcow LLC's registered agents paperworks (because Lolcow LLC used a professional registered agent company when they were a Wyoming company) and called up the registered agent company and informed them of the "activities of the client" (since this was in September of '22, this was likely due to #DropKiwifarms)

After weeks of that phone called (and looking into it), it was dropped on September 20th due to WyomingAgents.com due to "ties in russia". The Tumblr poster, after finding out of this post is now calling the professional registered agent company of the West Virginia LLC (which is in theory not possible because the registered agent there can't just drop him due to a "polite tip off").
