In an update to this story, as a result of the ruling the library of the Internet Archive has recently shrunk by 500,000 titles. The IA explained that half a million books are now gone because the takedown requests went beyond just the books at issue in the lawsuit which for the sake of context consisted only of a list of 127 books.A federal judge has ruled against the Internet Archive (owners of the tranny dicksucking Wayback Machine) in Hachette v. Internet Archive.

ReviewTechUSA just couldn't stay away and reactivated his twitter after only a month gone. He immediately reignited all of his beefs and started having a meltdown, calling out his former editor Jay Hooft, 8bit Eric, SmashJT, and Kino Casino.
Update: He’s okay! Currently crippled until his toes healResident roblox funny man @Ruben Sim got into a serious motorcycle accident.
Here's four reasons why you should wear a jacket, padded pants and riding boots. If I were as lazy about wearing a helmet as I have been about other gear, there'd be a fifth photo in this series of my brains covering the street. I'll definitely be investing in some crush resistant boots as soon as I start riding again.
I had been riding with a shitty Amazon helmet for over a year and dropped it several times before deciding to shill out $600 in a proper one. This was only a couple weeks before the accident. This decision ended up saving my life. Although I was still knocked out from the impact with the road, my head and face came out squeaky clean.
I had skateboarding shoes on which are pretty friction resistant, preventing any road rash on my feet. They're not crush resistant, however. The damage done to my foot was likely caused by the pavement sucking it through a nearly non-existent gap between the foot peg and the asphalt.
Surprisingly the bike isn't too badly damaged. I had just installed new fairings (the old ones had mostly fallen off) and they absorbed most of the impact. Since I low-sided after contacting the car the bike slid without tumbling. My body definitely rolled as it separated from the vehicle, hence the road rash on every side of me. The right handlebar and brake level are filed down, the exhaust is toast and a component covering the engine block seems cracked, but the bike isn't totaled as far as I can tell. Probably $1-2k worth of damage if I do the easy repairs myself. It's a Yamaha R6.
Right now I'm at home covered in bandages and wheelchair bound until my toes and knee heal up. My mom has been the real MVP throughout this whole situation. As soon as she got off the phone with me the night of the crash she got a flight the next morning to take care of me.
I'll spare the details on the driver to simplify the case, though I'll say he's 100% at fault. From what I remember I was about to pass him in the left lane when he merged in front of me, then when I swerved left to avoid him he merged again into the turning lane. I hit the side of his car pretty hard.
Feel free to ask any other questions and I'll try my best to answer them.
Further Update: According to the former editor, Rich was planning to send a computer to DarkSydePhil loaded with backdoors and keyloggers. But instead sent it to the editor, who said Rich left personal files on the computer (including blacked porn, and bikini pictures of his ex's kids). Rich allegedly used the vulnerable computer to fuck with the editor's PayPal, YouTube, and Discord accounts, and Rich's endgame was to completely ruin the editor's personal streams.Update: According ReviewTechUSA's former editor, Rich is threatening life ruination against him because he watches Kino Casino.
