Yesterday, KF user @RedPiller started a thread where they are claiming to be the mother of Anderson Aldrich, the perpetrator of the 2022 Colorado Springs nightclub shooting, and offering information about Anderson and his motivations.

It could be some sort of gayop, but Null has provided a description of some of the evidence the user has laid out to support the claim:

@RedPiller sent me, by email, parts of a Florida Driver's License for Laura Voepel. I have a Florida driver's license still and it looks exactly like mine. She also sent me a screenshot of what looks like a zoom call with an inmate, who has a very round face and a chinstrap beard that looks identical to recent court photos for Anderson Aldrich. This picture also includes a picture-in-picture of an older woman with dyed blonde hair that matches the blonde hair in the driver's license (the face is blocked). She also sent a Medical Marijuana card which has an identical photo to the Driver's License, but I'm unfamiliar with these cards, they're not very impressive as far as design and security markings.

Keep in mind that she is still not verified yet as of this post, so this could be some sort of elaborate troll.

A very weird situation all around.

The US 5th Circuit of Appeals (TX, LA, MI) in an en banc hearing has upheld a lower court striking down electronic geofence warrants as unconstitutional unanimously 3-0. This sets up a circuit split with the 4th Circuit of Appeals (WV, VA,NC, SC, MD, District of Columbia) which held such warrants were constitutional in anen banc hearing 2-1 and will likely force SCOTUS to take this case.

Edit: Both cases have somewhat similar facts. Bank Robbery with LEO requesting geofence warrant for users in the immediate area.

5th Circuit court of appeals:

We hold that geofence warrants are modern-day general warrants and are unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment. However, considering law enforcement’s reasonable conduct in this case in light of the novelty of this type of warrant, we uphold the district court’s determination that suppression was unwarranted under the good-faith exception. AFFIRMED

4th Circuit court of Appeals:

The Fourth Amendment is an important safeguard to individual liberty. But its protections are not endless. To transgress its command, the government must first conduct a search. We hold that the government did not conduct a Fourth Amendment search when it accessed two hours’ worth of Chatrie’s location information that he voluntarily exposed to Google. Thus, the district court’s decision must be AFFIRMED.

BossmanJack has been cowtipped (and tricked again) as screenshots of ERP logs circulate around on Snapchat. A discord user named "RbxQuickSell" joined the Strawhatluffy discord and said that he was ERP'ing a 16 year old. He then posts screenshots of a snapchat export (which is locally on his computer with his full name), and these logs are doctored. The snapchat account in question, was izzypup2003 (and not 2008 ), and the snapchat logs show September 23rd (pointed out by @Mark Goldbridge here).

There's more to this convo than I posted, with BossmanJack sending videos to the supposed alog. The alog was identified as Cameron Willey and his social media accounts were archived by @troonshine. Later on, @Mark Goldbridge found a video and in the first second of the video, leaked his credit card information (in the video, it's a Visa Debit Card with the Union Bank & Trust Company), his IP address, and his actual home address.

Also, as an extra, you probably saw my community post about Strawhatluffy being doxed as Tyler Cosmo. I sort of omitted on how he was doxed. He was doxed by a keychain, and the inside of his car, which is a Chevy Traxx (also see this tax post and Avenues post). Impressive autism work from both @Avenue and @lol cow supreme. Since the posts, Strawhatluffy has left the discord and the luffycord archived some of the channels.

Imane Khelif(The Olympic Boxer)'s father has showed her birth certificate live on TV in France, confirming she was born a woman. He has also confirmed he is the one who has been releasing her childhood images showing her as a little girl.
Notably there is literally zero evidence she has XY chromosomes and no actual organization has said she does. The only source thus far for this claim is just two dudes.
Previous happening posts have stated that organizations have "confirmed" this test but this is false. She also passed XY chromosome tests while fighting for the IBA for 4 years before the controversy.
