The right-wing streamer Aron P., alias "Shlomo Finkelstein", has begun a prison sentence, as the Cologne public prosecutor's office explained to Apollo News. The reason is the execution of a one-year prison sentence, which was initially suspended.

The right-wing streamer and YouTuber Aron P., known by his pseudonyms "Shlomo Finkelstein" and "Vulgar Analysis", was arrested last week. This was explained by the Cologne public prosecutor's office to Apollo News. The reason for the arrest was the "execution of a final prison sentence of one year from the judgment of the Cologne District Court of December 11, 2020, which has been legally binding since June 29, 2021," according to the public prosecutor's office.

In December 2020, according to the public prosecutor's office, he was legally sentenced to a prison sentence of one year - suspended - for "incitement to hatred, dissemination of symbols of unconstitutional organizations and insulting religious denominations and communities". Specifically, as the Cologne District Court explained to Apollo News, there are ten cases, but they did not want to give any further details.

The judgment became final in June 2021. The exact wording for which the streamer was convicted is not clear, as the verdict cannot be found in the database. As the district court explained to Apollo News, the suspension on probation was withdrawn in February 2022. Neither the public prosecutor's office nor the district court wanted to explain to Apollo News why it took more than two years for P. to go to prison. They also refused to provide any information about the circumstances of the imprisonment.

Since Monday, rumors have been circulating on X (formerly Twitter) about the video producer's disappearance. The rumors were fueled by KasparKast, Aron P.'s streaming partner. The two run the YouTube channel "KasparKast x HonigWabe" together. In the most recent episode, only KasparKast appeared. He explained that he would now have to stream alone for an indefinite period of time.

At the beginning of the livestream called "#freeshlomo", KasparKast explained that Aron P.'s "health was fine." He said he currently has no contact with P. However, he explained that P. would not be able to stream "in the next few months". He also explained: "As far as I understand, even the best lawyer in the world can only help to a limited extent at this point in time." This was followed by the rise of the hashtag "#freeshlomo" in German Twitter trends.

The TLDR is:
1 - Max withheld money from the "survivor fund", $5000 in total.

The Emily Nicole Cassidy/ @SamanthaPrater thread has taken a dark turn over the last couple of days as details about a suicide and a myriad of excuses and deflections indicate that Emily may have murdered a young mother out of petty jealousy.

For context Emily hates her step-father James, known as PidgeonKicker online. James has a series of streams called SlamBots Vs where he talks about Emilys many lies and attempts at harassing people online over her delusions. In Episode 12 of this series, James discusses the suicide of Kirsten, a friend of the family who killed herself in 2013. With Emilys aunt Lisa and other people who keep track of her (The Dibney Cru), multiple disturbing details are confirmed.

Spoiler: Some facts

• In 2013, Emily lived with Kirsten in a house in Michigan.
• Emily was known to be jealous of Kirsten because she was everything Emily was not. (physically attractive, socialised with friends)
• Emily was sending threatening emails to Kirsten and insisted that her other family members must be trying to frame her.
• Kirsten was described as being happy and hopeful with no indications she was feeling suicidal.
• Kirsten was strongly against the idea of suicide. Her father taught her that it was a sin you must not do.
• Three hours before her body was discovered, Kirsten was speaking with her mom and had plans to go out on a date.
• There were 3 other people in the house when Kirsten was hanged: Emily, Emilys Grandfather Mike and Aunt Lisa.
• Kirsten hung herself in the basement by tying multiple scarves together. She was 6'1'' tall and the basement height was approximately 7.5-8 feet.
• Kirstens body was found hanging but her legs were bent. If she had stood up, she would not have been strangled.
• Emilys Grandfather held up the body until Emily came down to the basement to give him scissors to cut down the body. Why would she come immediately prepared with scissors if she didn't know someone was hanging in the basement?
• Police never saw the body hanging or the abnormal position it was in.

Spoiler: Emilys changing story

• Emily has made various claims. She first claimed she was not in the house at the time of the suicide.
• She then admitted it was a lie but she never saw the body.
• She then claimed James killed Kirsten and was trying to frame Emily for the murder (James was not at the house at the time).
• She claimed to be in her room, listening to music and thinking about her dead Grandmother.
• She claimed Kirsten died in Florida, not Michigan. (She was cremated and the ashes were delivered to her family in Florida.)
• Regarding the threatening emails, she claimed her mother, Ronda, was in control of her emails and must have been sending threatening messages.
• Emily claimed to have helped cut the body down. What she actually did was bring scissors downstairs and gave them to her Grandfather to cut down the body. This also means that she did see the body.
• Emily then claimed to be browsing DeviantArt and roleplaying on Skype.

A little over a year later, James sent an email to Emily claiming that she hid two killers in her room. They left via the back door, waited at a corner store and returned to the house when they heard sirens.

There is no way that this was a suicide.
