Due to the prolonged anguish, suffering and deterioration in front of everyone's eyes that my son, Aziz "Hax$" Al-Yami endured since June, 2021 from an indefinite ban placed on him by the SSBM Tournament Organizers, and other related factors such as canceling, bullying, ghosting, intimidation, harassment, etc. I, Hax$'s mother am pursuing legal remedies and recourse for him to the highest levels.

I would not like to see any other SSBM player, or any other player in the entire FGC, go through the emotional torment that my son endured for an extended period of time, that culminated in an attempt on his life, amputation of his right leg, and ultimately his untimely death.

There are many individuals who knowingly knew that Aziz was deteriorating due to the indefinite ban system applied to him yet they continued to ignore the situation and treated him like a pariah. Depression and the will to live were greatly affected and he went into a permanent decline.

To play ignorant and act like no one is responsible for this TRAJEDY is not going to cut it. He was a major, if not the most valuable contributor to the SMASH scene which he joined at the early age of 11. He passed away at the age of 30 when he was at the top of his game but not allowed to participate ANYWHERE in the world.

This truth will come out and the FANS OF AZIZ INFORMED.

Someone from Manchester, England, have the balls of steel to sneak a recording camera into an abandoned building and record the Antifa & Trantifa secret base, like it's the Shredder's base from the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Andy Ngo was also shocked that he reposted it on Xitter.

The Environmental Protection Agency has just announced plans to roll back regulations on the amount of PFOA/PFAS/C8 allowed in drinking water across America. Essentially, these are manmade chemicals that take an extremely long time to break down, including when they get inside your body through contaminated water. There is a 99% chance that your bloodstream contains these chemicals right now.

This is a problem because in 2005, a massive study was undertaken in West Virginia as part of a lawsuit against the company primarily responsible for PFOA/PFAS/C8 contamination, DuPont. The study sampled the blood of seventy thousand people in an attempt to figure out if these chemicals are dangerous to your health. Studying this amount of data took years, and eventually the chemicals were positively linked to many horrific health complications, including birth defects and cancer. In 2017, DuPont was forced to pay a $671 million settlement to the 3,550 individuals identified as having been affected by PFOA/PFAS/C8 contamination in the study, and they paid $1 billion in cases related to the chemicals in 2024.

This is Bucky Bailey, born in 1981 to a woman who worked at DuPont in West Virginia. His right eye is a few inches lower than where it should be, because they wanted to sell more Teflon.

These chemicals are demonic manmade horrors that should not exist. Non stick frying pans and other industrial applications do not justify their existence. They are literally poison. I encourage anyone who is concerned about this to first, educate yourself more on the topic, then contact your elected representatives, and respectfully indicate your displeasure with the situation.

If you are concerned about yourself and your immediate family, be advised that reverse osmosis water filter systems are the most effective option for filtering these chemicals out of your drinking water. They are expensive and complicated, and remove other essential minerals such as calcium as well. This is not really an issue if you, as an adult, have a good diet, but if you have children, especially young children, you may want to consult a professional about whether or not you should include mineral supplements in their diets after installing a reverse osmosis system.

Very minor news, but after 7 years after Avicii (Tim Bergling) alleged suicide. The record label decided to release a cheap compilation album (also fucking up all the art covers on streaming services) togehter with a PR stunt of making a stone memorial of his logo. Selling leftover stones for $110 each and other merch shit. On top of that, releasing a song he didn't really make as additional bait for people to buy this.

The alleged suicide was due to stress and the constant pressure to perform, release music and be on stage, essentially being milked by the label. After his death, they decide to keep doing that. Which some fans finds pretty disrespectful since that was allegedly what caused him to an hero in the first place.

The Trump administration will pay nearly $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt, the Trump supporter who was shot and killed while in the mob breaching the House Speaker's Lobby on Jan. 6, 2021.

Outgoing U.S. Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger confirmed to CBS News he was informed that the Justice Department has agreed to make the payment to Babbitt's family to settle its wrongful death claim.

Manger told CBS News he learned of the settlement amount "a few weeks ago" and the same day sent a message to the entire force expressing his dismay.

Australian Politics Update: The Liberals and the Nationals have decided to not renew their coalition. The split comes after one of the worst performing elections for the Liberal Party in recent memory while the Nationals managed to hold onto most of their seats.

In the continuation of the Epic Games v Apple suit, Epic has attempted to upload Fortnite back onto the App Store, which Apple has dragged their feet to accomplish. This has resulted in Epic asking Judge Rodgers to enforce the ruling for Apple to allow Fortnite back on the App Store.

Judge Rodgers has now ordered Apple to cease stalling, or come up with an explanation before Friday, May 23rd, and must explain their actions in person on May 27th. Discuss.

Edit: Fortnite is now back on the App Store.
