It appears Jurnee's father got tired of just randomly having the kid dropped off whenever Kayden didn't want to deal with her and is attempting to get sole custody. Dom is also trying to get a TRO against Kayden for both him and Jurnee. These are the colors being used, the premium colors require 2,000 droplets each, and they are the hardest to replace after being vandalized, so buy one if there's a lot of unfilled pixels of that color.
