It appears Jurnee's father got tired of just randomly having the kid dropped off whenever Kayden didn't want to deal with her and is attempting to get sole custody. Dom is also trying to get a TRO against Kayden for both him and Jurnee. Kayden has done more then enough to prove that she's not fit to parent and already lost custody of her first daughter ages ago and only receives visitation. This is the template for the Cats memorial. Coordinates are 2007, 1233, 35, 111, input the coordinates and the template into the menu given by this userscript and you'll be shown which pixels should be drawn where, and which ones are already properly colored in.

These are the colors being used, the premium colors require 2,000 droplets each, and they are the hardest to replace after being vandalized, so buy one if there's a lot of unfilled pixels of that color.
