After tech CEO and almost person Mark Zuckerberg attempted to make child grooming obsolete by outsourcing it to AI instead, Senator Josh Hawley (R-Missouri) is launching an investigation into Meta's practices with respect to exploiting children and whether they had been intentionally misleading regulators about its AI safeguards.

This comes after Reuters revealed that Meta's internal guidelines for chatbots, approved by multiple departments and Meta's chief ethicist, explicitly permitted "romantic and sensual" conversations with children that included roleplay and flirting (as well as the usual racism, misinformation, etc). Meta claims these guidelines have now been removed, were hypotheticals, should never have been there and they don't reflect their company policies.

A moderator of Bossmanjack's Discord has flipped and started speaking to rats.

Information revealed:
  • Ratdad paid $15k for a retainer who actually bothered to put in work, instead of just telling him to get in and out as quick as possible, like the public defender was.
  • The state has washed their hands of him, just want to get him out of the system.
  • Currently not on probation, hence why he hasn't been taken in after his numerous on-stream offenses.
  • The price for a hit is $50.00 for 0.5g of crack, $100.00 for 1.0g, or $200.00 for 3.5g. Bossman routinely gets on stream and begs for $200 juices.
  • He recently had a bad rash that fans speculated about. This is apparently due to smoking crack out of a copper pipe, which he has since replaced with a glass one.
  • Bossman had an opportunity to go to Vegas recently, which he decided not to because he was afraid of getting his ass beaten by a fan, Ethan Ralph style.
  • Ratmom and Ratdad are going to become grandparents soon, and want to spend more time with the grandkids, hence why there has been so much talk lately of moving out. They want him gone before the baby is born.
The veracity of these leaks is still up for debate, but the date appears to be around August 13th-14th, which lines up with a crashout Bossman was having around that time about a mod betraying him.

Apologies to those who may be tired of news coming out of wplace, but the event has been a largely positive one with many kiwis showcasing their creativity and collaborative storytelling.

About two hours ago, the 80+ floor kiwi tower, centerpiece of our domain and jewel of the north (of New Zealand) was FUCKING NUKED.

For those without context, this is a LOT of pixels to be able to place at once. It is assumed that this nuke had to have been paypigged by the user who placed them, cody, who began communicating via his Discord tag.

KingCobraJFS has uploaded a short video to Facebook where he lists all of the ailments he's been having lately. He says it's painful to lie down, and he's been unable to sleep due to his constant diarrhea and vomiting. Previously, he's complained about his kidneys hurting whenever he lies on his side. Lately he's even been saying he's stopped eating as much and hasn't felt hungry since Ozzy died.

He's been drinking even more than usual since Ozzy's death last month, and weens continue DoorDashing him large bottles of cheap booze to keep him going.
