An autistic black guy named Octavious "I CAN'T SWIM" McCaine randomly decided to stab two white girls in Cascade Park, Tallahassee Florida,on the evening of September 10th, immediately after he jumped into a pond and subsequently drowned. Luckily the women survived and have been confirmed to be recovering as he has been confirmed to have passed away from said drowning. It was later revealed that Octavius had a reoccurring quirk where he loved to randomly wander off and go missing for a while,only to return home at a later date. His final outing seems to not have been out of the ordinary for McCaine,besides the stabbing and the drowning and the Chutzpah of it all.
