Metroid Prime 4 is due to release in a couple weeks, and preview clips are beginning to come out. What new additions to a beloved flagship franchise like Metroid might we see? For one, the game appears to have a quippy NPC who follows Samus (i.e. you, the player) around shitting out Whedonisms and telling you what to do in a series usually praised for exploration, atmosphere, and a sense of isolation and tension.
Reactions to the character so far have included the phrases "redditor," "sub-Marvel humor," "the fag," "I hope he dies horribly," "I hope we can kill him," "please let me kill him," and "please let me die."

Bloodshed has befallen European furry convention "GoldenHorn" (2024's attendees picture above) as the resort hosting the convention was repeatedly crashed by a gang of violent outsiders who spent days terrorizing the intrepid furries. Despite initially believing the situation had been resolved following the arrest of a single attacker, the convention was further sieged and forced to order an immediate ALL CAPS lockdown notice.
Among the confirmed injuries caused by the 15 attackers was a furry getting a glass bottle smashed over his head. In the end, the downtrodden furries needed a police escort to safely leave the resort. Kast's policies as a result of such influence are:

Kast and the right-wing's growth in popularity comes after the four years of incompetence under the democratic socialist President Gabriel Boric, who defeated Kast in the 2021 presidential election. Boric was unable to stop the worsening economy in Chile and failed to improve public government services, such as education and healthcare. In addition, there was a rape scandal that involved Boric's former Interior Undersecretary Manuel Monsalve, who resigned days after the case against him was filed. However, the largest issue that Boric could not stop was violent crime gangs coming from mass illegal immigration from crisis-torn Venezuela. All these attributed to Boric's poor approval ratings and Chileans rallying around the right-wing to fight these issues when the progressive left cannot.
Results of the 1st round of the Chilean presidential election
Kast will face his opponent Jeanette Jara of the Communist Party of Chile in the second-round election, which will be held on 14 December 2025.
