I'm pretty sure he does, at least pre diabetic, but he doesn't go to see a doctor to validate it. Even when he has constant ear infections and you think he would eventually but does not. He's probably going to start having seizures from it in the next few years. I'd honestly be surprised if he didn't. But it'll help him beg for more money do to his mystery illness......

considering he does 0 exercises,spends the day not moving at all,consumes fruit juice(dont care how tart it is,phil,its still fruit juice) and eats unhealthy food,he probably has more than pre diabetes.

I don't have the addresses for his condo and his parent's house handy, but I'm pretty sure they were between 5 and 20 minutes apart.

Phil classically says he bought the condo to save time driving to work. First, he didn't drive, he "carpooled" (it's not carpooling if you never drive), Second, saving 15 minutes a day isn't worth $130,000. Fucking retard.
