My point was that the English CPS and Police would have thrown this case out for being a waste of money to prosecute when they have more serious "(((hate crimes)))" than this. You could make the case that bringing this to court is in violation of the European Human Rights act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_10_of_the_European_Convention_on_Human_Rights).

To me it seems that the delayed sentencing could be a matter of testing the waters to see what the public reaction will be before making a decision. Actually Glad to hear that Tommy Robinson and Sargon are rallying protesters to respond within a few hours.
