What else can you be jailed in the UK for a year? I mean, real crimes, like murder or robbery. I just wanna know what is the equivalent of teaching your dog to do a nazi salute.
The prospect of Dankula facing actual jail time for this is horrifying. Even a fine is pushing it.
There's nothing wrong with protesting for a good cause. Being a fat autistic smug faggot who thinks he's the last best hope of western civilisation despite being such a dumb stuttering cuck that he managed to lose a fucking debate to Richard fucking Spencer and then fatly plopping around with his wife's son and blocking up streets like a stupid bitch isn't the same as 'protesting for a good cause'.
Who decides what is "grossly offensive?"
rabbi's that are apparently "dancing in the street" is pushing it.

If soygon can actually do shit with his liberalists i'll be impressed

My point was that the English CPS and Police would have thrown this case out for being a waste of money to prosecute when they have more serious "(((hate crimes)))" than this. You could make the case that bringing this to court is in violation of the European Human Rights act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_10_of_the_European_Convention_on_Human_Rights).The "Grossly Offensive Communication" under the 2003 Communications Act is a UK Parliamentary Act, not a Scottish one. Whatever the enforcement branch is is using tools you gave them.
