It’s amazing how quickly people fall for the photo-ops of communist regimes.

That's because they shut down the internet and stuff. And because it's not a good look for TPTB here.

I told them that cuba was a dictatorship and their response was "what do you think the US is?"

These people are retarded.
America is a corporate oligarchy in practice, but at least we have the illusion of choice once every four years.

I for one welcome the glorious people's revolution. Workers of the world unite! Seriously though, the real tragedy will be Cuba being turned into a playground for woke corporate interests when all is said and done.

There's a Cuban artist who's angry against BLM and no need to said then I agree with him.
A Cuban artist has accused the Black Lives Matter movement of disregarding Cuban black lives, after the organization put out a statement blaming the U.S. government’s “cruel and inhumane” economic embargo for the current unrest in Cuba.

“For #blacklivesmatters all black lives matter, except Cuban black lives,” wrote Havana-based producer and director José Luis Aparicio Ferrera on Facebook.

The Marxist-inspired organization has faced strong criticism since posting a statement on July 14 in response to protests that have erupted in multiple cities across Cuba. Demonstrators have called for freedom and an end to the communist regime.

If it's not a photo-op, I guess they was well payed enough for this job or having one of their relatives being threatened.
That's how these large "pro-socialist marches" always go, force large portions of the population to take part through either bribery or bodily threat, and use the photos from said compliance marches as propaganda material to assert that the protests against them are totally just a few people being paid off by the CIA.

No need to guess how AOC will react to this.
