I would respectfully disagree. The food has gotten much better recently in VA Jail and prison system because of a recent lawsuit settlement

Specifically the inmates wanted to stop the use of processed meats and large amounts of breads (or empty carbs) that were being used to fill out the caloric requirements. The also requested that "Juice" not been given as a fruit substitute (fruit has WAY more fiber that juice alone) and that the recipes for meals be available for review.

Still doesn't help lardass trim his waistline if he's refusing to go out in the yard for some exercise, I'd imagine it goes something like this:

He seemed to be enjoying himself when the cops picked him up. Even joked about how it felt good when the cop frisked his moobs. I'm not sure Chris still has the same aversion to men as he used to, possibly because he's less concerned about coming off as gay as a tranny.

i got the feeling that he was so cooperative because they lied to him about what was ahead. like, maybe they told him he wasn't safe without them, and needed to go meet his lawyer, and at some point he'd get mcdonalds happy meals n shit.

they did put him in the front seat of the cruiser. they were standing back from him too like they were all warned to give him breathing room and make him feel like he was making the decision to go with them. they let him talk to ralph FFS. i've never seen cops show such patience.

he was out of money. probably hungry. he already had weens stalking him. maybe the interrogation room sounded like "the chronicling lounge" to him.

a public defender telling chis to STFU? we all know he evangelizes the merge any chance he gets.

he'd never think to say, "am i under arrest?"

Chris has a real lawyer (not an overworked public defender), a real good lawyer to be honest. His lawyer is court appointed because his case is in family court.

That's true, but it's not like Chris started with a lawyer. I'd bet that Chris was taken into an interrogation room and told em everything rather than asking for an attorney.

Regardless of how good Chris' lawyer is there isn't a whole lot they can do if Chris already admitted to everything, short of somehow getting the interrogation evidence thrown out.

From what I have heard, the amount of food that inmates in many prisons get is the same, as they usually do not hand out second helpings of anything, not to mention that inmates that are low on the totem pole in the prison hierarchy in genpop often get their food stolen or is forcibly taken by other inmates.

Now, I doubt that Chris will be put in genpop unless some COs have it in for him (Which often does happen with sex offenders, as COs and staff hate them too) but even so, he is just going to get the same amount of food as anybody else.

Chris does not actually have to answer anything at all. His lawyer will do most of the talking and Chris will be instructed to only answer specific questions. he will be prepped for this and it will be mostly uneventful.

What you hear is nonsense apparently.
Inmates have access to multiple streams of food. Many do not eat from the cafeteria at all and get all there meals from the commissary. Even within his pod (probably a chomo pod) Chris will have access to alternative food options even if he has no money. Since he does not have money he will be forced to eat the cafeteria food pretty regularly though which is rarely stolen from anyone. Commissary is often used as money for "protection" if it is needed but in modern prisons violence is usually pretty minimal unless you are involved in trafficking (food, drugs, alcohol, sex). Most people have a release date and just want to do their time and get out.

Chris is not special in prison, there are a TON of people suffering with all kinds of mental illness.

Did they ever mention how "that guy" was treated by the guards and inmates? Were they treated differently because they were mentally ill? Treated the same as any other inmate? Or were they taken advantage of because of their disabilities?

This was in the UK, but I used to go into jails to fix stuff and the mongs were pretty much ignored.

Nobody, either the staff or the inmates, was having much fun in there and the last thing anybody wanted to deal with was an autistic tantrum.

They had their own table- it was called the Tard Table- that they knew they had to sit at and they spent the day with colouring books and crayons and watching daytime tv with the sound off.

This event has had me rereading the sections of the Cwcki pertaining to Chris's previous arrests. there really is some wonderful stuff in there, especially Chris's description of how Michael Snyder supposedly went to elaborate lengths to feign injury during the infamous Oct. 28, 2011 incident: "Mike twice made his own deliberate leg scars, rubbing his legs on our bumper, banged our hood and fell backwards; we had NOT moved our van at either instance of him faking his falls."

Outside the context of Chris, this is encouraging to hear; I don't see how it benefits society to improperly nourish inmates. In the context of Chris, he's probably eating more healthily now than he has since infancy.

Unless Chris lawyered up immediately I would not be surprised if law enforcement got a lot of information out of him. I have watched a lot of TCAP interrogations and the perps tended to talk a lot if they either were arrogant or stupid. Jim Rauch is a prime example, he spent like 2 hours just blabbing his whole life story as if any of it would change his position. Arrogant idiots like Chris are especially likely to take the bait of believing the cops are just their friend having a chat with them and they aren't in any real trouble at the time.
