CWC moved to Central Virginia Regional Jail

Virginian here. I may be wrong, but I believe being held without bond initially is pretty standard in Virginia until bail is set by the judge at arraignment.
I can see him cracking under interrogation a few hours in and just completely melting down and getting tazed into unconsciousness. There's no way Chris would be able to stand even several hours of questioning. Of course Chris is going to tell everything he knows immediately, but that doesn't mean they won't stop prying.

Might be true but the police have specifically said he is being held without bond, it was said in the report. They would have said awaiting trial or something if it hadn't already been decided. OFC ur police could be total dogshit and that's why they called barbs the victim instead of the alleged victim, though going off the police report they seem to have made it clear that barbs is the victim. plus even if ur right and he's awaiting the judge he's not likely to be granted bail as he broke his restraining order anyway.

I believe “held without bond” is still the right term in Virginia. There was a recent murder with the same phrasing used. If charges are severe enough, it’s automatic without bond until a judge says otherwise at the arraignment

he is being held without bail
That was just his 'status' because he was awaiting extradition on a warrant. Obviously the county that picked him up is not going to just decide to set bond for him without the judge who put out the warrant even getting hold of him in this case.

Bail\bond will be decided (amount or no bail) by the judiciary that put out the warrant- Greene County, where he is being transferred today.

either way im certain that he will be denied bail, even if i want him to get bailed out and make a video about this shit. he broke his restraining order and i cant see him arguing in his own defence as to why he should be given bond. i cant see him working with a public defender either the dude was talking about sonichu with the police that were arresting him. last of all idk who is gonna pay his bail unless he dips his hand back into the gilf's account and no one notices

It will take less than 10 minutes to get a full confession from him, using McDonalds as a bargaining chip will be a powerful motivational tool to get Chris to spill everything he has been up to.

Now that Chris has been moved, what's gonna happen to his arraignment? Thought it was supposed to happen in Henrico.
Henrico Sherriff's Department arrested him because that's just the county the hotel was at, thus they have jurisdiction in that area. They were only holding him to transfer him to Greene PD's care as they're the department investigating the matter. Henrico doesn't have anything to do with this anymore.

Defendants are usually arraigned where the crime occurred, which is Greene County. Henrico held him for a little while because they apprehended him there, but this was always going to be in Greene County.

They're not going to spend hours interrogating him trying to get a confession, this isn't a homicide. The detective probably has enough physical evidence, bank records, and statements from Barb that whatever nonsense Chris spouts off won't even be that important to his report.

Lolol!

They just need to send in a female detective, and Chris, delighted at the prospect of impressing this possibly boyfriend free girl with his sexual prowess, will eagerly spill the beans and explain how he managed to find his mothers Gspot (“despite some initial pain and discomfort”) and finally give her an orgasm after 80 years!

Actually scratch that, just send in any detective and Chris will start blabbering away to demonstrate his skyhigh truth and honesty levels.

He’ll dig himself deeper and deeper while the detective suppresses a chuckle over how easy this is.

Chris fundamentally believes he’s always in the right, so if he can just explain exactly what went on, this misunderstanding will quickly be cleared up, so he can go home to his LEGOs.

And this is of course what will thoroughly fuck him in the end!

I hope these jerkops like random access humour!

Powerlevel: A relative of mine was recently released from prison after 20+ years for murder. While talking to them for the first time in that duration, he told me sex offenders are KOS, Kill On Sight to gang members looking to prove their worth to whatever affiliation they have.

Chris better hope he's in protective custody while he's incarcerated, otherwise he's gonna get shanked.

Several hours of questioning dude they're just going to ask him the question and he will be completely open and honest about the situation because he's too stupid to understand he should be asking for a lawyer before even talking to the cops

They won't even have to bribe him with McDonald's or anything
