Everyone is so confident Chris is going to jail as per usual that I half expect the telflon tard will get a suspended sentence and enter some ludicrous new slap on the wrist program the state has just come up with.

Fortunately the outcome will be hilarious no matter what. Chris does hard time? There’ll be an entertaining trial and FOIA cop and interview tapes.


Chris and Barb (or at least Chris) are back on 14 Branchland court within a couple of months?

We still get an entertaining trial, and on top of that we get Redditors and Farmers seething with rage, post-writing themselves into strokes and shitting themselves with anger over the Teflon Tard being the Teflon Tard until we run out of MAI flairs.

It’s a win/win situation.

There's no way they'll stick him in gen pop with the way he's acting. Most likely he's been in the drunk tank since he got arrested; anyone unfamiliar with Chris would assume he's on drugs and isolate him to scream it off before realizing this is his default state.

Also, rapists and other wastes of oxygen get special treatment anywhere they go. "Incest" is an instant trip to the morgue in state or fed, especially without context since it would be assumed that he molested a kid rather than abusing an elder. Killing someone like him would make you a king (or queen).

Even county can be pretty merciless. You're not necessarily dealing with the same hazards at the same levels, since a lot of the guys there are in for petty shit and don't want to make it worse, but you still have a bunch of criminals locked up together with a lot of stress and nothing to do.

There's always that one guy going back home who could decide to do a little cleaning on the way.

So yeah Chris will be in PC and his only chance to make new friends is going to be with CO's and chomos. Good job Chris.

He most likely will follow his lawyer command and usually public defenders go two ways: plea deal or drag it out until the court get tired and settle on a lesser sentence. I’m betting his lawyer will choose to keep it going since a sex offense charge is a really major fuck up on your record.
