There may be no conclusive physical evidence (if Chris indeed used a condom). Bank records prove nothing in and of themselves. Statements from Barb could be crucial... if she made any. And even if she did, they would want to get a confession anyway. Why the hell wouldn't you? You never know what's going to happen at trial. Maybe some of the other evidence gets suppressed. Maybe Barb recants. Maybe one person on the jury just wanted to be extra sure. Who knows? That's why you spend the time to try and get a confession. If nothing else it makes it easier to get a guilty plea.

This isn't some vandalism incident where a cop saw someone throw a brick through a window, it's at least a serious incest charge and possibly a series of felonious sexual assaults and elder abuse with a bunch of moving parts and complications.

Dude it's Chris you know for a fact he confessed

Hell he probably confessed multiple times in great detail on the car ride to jail

You know he is not smart enough to simply shut up and ask for a lawyer in fact I would be surprised if he asked for a lawyer at all

To be honest they probably didn't even interrogate him they probably just sat him down and within 20 minutes he told them every single thing down to the minute detail including dates and times

I honestly would put money down that Chris already handed them the case on a silver platter and that no real investigation has to even take place because literally any question they would have he would answer

Maybe the investigating officers are doing the old trick of pretending to be on his side to get him to talk more. He might think he's convincing them that him and Barbie-chan are in a lovely polyamorous relationship with Magi-chan and Crystal Rosechu and his proficiency at giving her orgasms is healing her dementia.

Honestly, at this point I'm just assuming that he's so far gone that he doesn't really get how much trouble he's in. The ideafags screwed his sense of reality sideways with no lube, and he's only gotten worse since then thanks to all the dipshits who came out of the woodwork to play along with and enable his delusional thinking. He's probably sitting there thinking the Merge will happen any second now and then he'll get to fry all the jerkops with blue lightning and waltz out of jail a free CPU goddess.

They stil use black and white striped clothes in Virgina? or did some guard give him that outfit and tell him its to play dress up? I think Chris expects to get a metal ball and chain next. Also whats he smiling about did barb call and agree to say she consented to the fucking? Cause if she did as fucked up as it was they probabbly wont charge him with rape if barb says that and is declared mentally competent enough to say that.
