I can't decide how much autism is on display in this OAG editorial. Billy comes off as a cut-rate Vox Day, whining about every goddamn thing including how it's not dark and misty all the time. Did he miss the part where the game is set in Northern fucking California? It's not like Boston for fuck's sake...

The 'degenerate' accusation makes me laugh, though. No shit your PC is a degenerate. You're practically at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder. You want to play a game a little further up the rungs, go play Deus Ex.

Reading this made me want to bash my skull in with a hammer. A side-cut is perfectly fine on a woman because the longer hair contrasts with the side of it cut. Its why it looks effeminate on dudes because you have to grow your hair out to make it work. Not to mention CD Projekt was AFRAID OF THIS EXACT REACTION. This is fucking pre-alpha footage, not all the mechanics are nailed down yet, for fucks sake. They put it out because they kept getting hounded by people who wanted to see what the journos saw. Its like demanding the game be finished and thought out at the pre-alpha stage. This game is probably at least 2 years away, minimum. No fucking way is it coming out in 2019. 2020 if they want to be cute and release it as an anniversary when Cyberpunk 2020 takes place. I doubt it, though. More likely its 2021.

The Witcher 3 had a Death-March difficulty, and I'm sure mods will come out that will make it hard as fuck. There are hardcore Witcher 3 mods that make you die in like 3 hits, but also makes the enemies as frail too.

Hot take: Disney doesn't want anything potentially mod-able created with their IP. The first time killable children or naked pregnant female jedi slaves show up on moddb, the press (like, the actual 6:30 nightly news, CNN etc.) are going to have a field day with THIS DISNEY GAME MAY BE ALLOWING YOUR CHILDREN TO EXPERIENCE SEX - IN A VIRTUAL STAR WARS UNIVERSE.

I mean, I could be wrong, but just taking a page out of what people seem hell bent on creating and playing with and uploading to youtube I'd wager there's a bunch of deviants ready to fire up poser so they can fill the niche desire for shaved female wookies or some shit.

Disney won't greenlight anything that gives players or modders that kind of latitude; any coming Star Wars games are going to be as bland as shit rail-shooter, lego, or "starship simulator" (over the shoulder space rail shooter) games, watch.

That's always been most Star Wars games though. Some were just better thought out than others.

I'll give you that, outside of the X-Wing/Tie Fighter games (and X-Wing Alliance). But I don't think they're going to ever release a Skyrim-like open world game for the reasons I mentioned. Hey, I could be wrong (and I'd like to be), so we'll see...

The spergings of OAG would be enough for one to be angry on the internet in wanting to see Usher get hit with a folding chair just because he thinks the game must be appeasing SJW's. Obviously Usher never saw any tweets such as the ones that could think the game was problematic because some interview made some genderqueer spergs angry over sexism towards fictional women with augmentations.

Since the game is a work in progress, one may as well keep count of all the spergings that bitch about the game either courting SJW's, courting the alt-right, or getting pissy over the cyberpunk not being a grimderp noir raining city.

I've been bitched at at Plebbit and other sites for this opinion but I think it's vaporware at this point. It's been seven years since development begin and all they have is pre rendered "pre alpha" gameplay. If it's not vaporware than release is 2022-2024 at the earliest.

It also doesn't help that the pre alpha gameplay made the whole thing feel VERY generic and nothing that gave this "Wow! I wanna play this RPG right now." Combined since CDPR is notorious for scrapping shit and starting from scratch again as it occurred with all the Witcher games before.
