No, that heavily depends on which edition you're talking about. The early Warhammer Fantasy fluff wasn't really gloomy, the whole grimdark faggotry was just bolted to it later on after 40k made it so popular. A good example for this are the early illustrations David Gallagher did, they were colorful and playful, a heavy contrast to his later works for the series which were made to appease the edgy 40k audience.

The entire lore of WFB went to shit after the 90s anyway.

The endings are all shit and mean nothing in the end, since unlike Fallout fucking 4 you don't keep playing, instead you load the save point that is just before the finale. So all those choices mean fuck all since you won't get to see the aftermath, even bad boy Todd let you continue playing in fallout 4 and you could see the changes with who you sided with. An example would be if I were to side with the Brotherhood, you would see them in diamond city and other parts in the world going on patrols. Meanwhile in this game, the game just ends and thats it.

It's not an epilepsy test. When you log in to the Braindance thing that allows you to access someone's memories, a bunch of lights flash. That's it. I wouldn't be surprised if it's super tame when people get to it.

Why did they make her nose larger in the japan version? This looks fucking awful. It doesn't fit to the resf of her face.

Predicting now that 99% of players are going to choose Panam. She seems to be one of the few romance options who is actually attractive and isn't a complete bitch.

So let me get this straight:
- You get to do jobs for weird bald-headed black chicks with that weird soulless disassociated Twitter self-insert personality because women-power (based on the stream of the heist job)
- You get cucked by Keanu Reeves, literally and figuratively
- There is no happy ending. You have no path to freedom.
- There are hot girls in the world, but the only ones you can get are ugly, disgusting and/or old (Panam isn't really pretty either, stop lying to yourself)

Glad to see Zoe Quinn finally finished her Depression Simulator. That girl really deserved a win.

She also seems to be the cannon choice to some extent, the nomads intro is the longest out of all 3. With Corpo being the shortest.

TBH, I'd imagine people want to be the generals and space marines who get to do nothing but kick butt, not be the dirty peasants in the hive cities.

But that usually goes for any utopic/dystopic settings, tankies included (which is why they keep on imagining themselves as the commissars sending dirty wrongthinkers to the gulags).

Being a conscript and having duty on the brain before being instantly shredded by high velocity frag/gnawed to death by bio-rifle fire is arguably a better a fate than the 20SQFT apartment 12 hour+ shift wage-slave future on par with a forge world menial's life that is all too rapidly approaching us in the CURRENT YEAR OF OUR LORD +4 instead of +40,000
cdprojekt devs would probably agree with that sentiment after getting whipped on forced overtime for two years.

I'm curious as to how this shitshow is going to turn out and if its going to be a mess on the PC or just PS4/5 due to sony assuring them everything was fine. Ive been seeing the major games journos give cyberpunk really shit reviews for petty reasons such as "too much side content" I can't help but wonder if its some guerilla marketing scheme or just games journalists continuing to do what the do best; suck.
