id say easily half of the npcs Ive seen been interacted with are just prostitutes' you pay a fixed currency amount to for a shitty 45 second cutscene that doesn't show anything below the waist

combine that with the collectible dildos and juvenile level humor its clear that there was a obvious top down push to make this a game for the danger hairs and their associates
