oh interesting. I can see how that would be a healthy way for someone to process trauma in a supervised way or maybe learn to manage age regression so it’s less debilitating/scary. at the same time, I’d be suspicious of any therapy practice that strays too close to the whole “recovering traumatic memories” craze that a lot of careless/outright malicious therapists exploited back in the 80s. not discounting therapy as a practice, but there have definitely been some bad apples among the types of trauma treatment.
So like, do they train themselves to start shitting themselves again like a baby would? Or do they go the bathroom normally and the diaper is just for show? I really hope it's the latter.
A lot of these idiots say that "their therapist" (who totally exists but you wouldn't know them, they live in canada) say it's okay because it's reclaiming their trauma or some bullshit, but everybody who knows anything about trauma knows it's just that--trauma. Retraumatizing is just that--traumatizing.
This is the exact goal, but creeps like the above get it twisted.
Maybe they take laxatives.
Earlier itt we saw a troon (that was featured on TLC no less) shove marshmallows up it’s ass because of the diuretic effect. They routinely use enemas and the like to simulate ‘accidents’. I think it takes away part of the kink to be in control of their bowels.
The Japanese are really big on cleanliness and purity. A kid being fucked with is one thing but it's considered ridiculously out there to think about somebody with a used diaper of all things.
As much as people give the predators hell for the shit they pull, I think shaming these weird teenagers for trying to get involved in shit they arent supposed to should be more popular nowadays. No one gets onto minors for trying to get into adult themed communities.
I think shaming is one element, but it might force them to do it over a more private service like discord.
Sitting their ass down and getting them to therapy is the best cure, along with at least 2 months of strict internet watching with no access without homework. I fear greatly for these young girls homelifes, I'm sure at least one of them is having more troubles than just hanging with the wrong people online. 
Shame doesn't do much for the current generation, since modern society doesn't consider what they are into shameful. You would just be called a bigot. Only the girls' parents could lead them down the right path and put a stop to this.
